Jomela Properties review: Bad behavior

Do not rent from this property management company, Because Jomela Properties are running a bad business, They don't evict bad black tenants when they do wrong at any apartment building, The property management are money hungry and They let bad things happen to good tenants in any apartment building located on 3104, 3110 and 3118 West Wells Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin! Jomela President Kayla Pierce, Office Manager Lucas Koenings and Apartment Manager Tyler Still is money hungry and They are responsible for letting bad things happen at those apartment buildings on Wells Street. The property management company closed down their office located at 310 West Wells Street, because tenants be threatening property management employees and Property management employees are scared of tenants. At those apartments, Bad black tenants be eating and dropping food in the hallway that causes bugs, roaches and mice! Bad black tenants be leaving garbage in the hallway for 4 to 5 days and they don't take it out to the garbage dumpster and Bad black tenants be causing problems and causing drama on good tenants that cause good tenants to move out of the apartment buildings! Do not rent from this property management, Stay away from this property management, Because this property management company is not worth renting to in the future!
