John P. Carroll Company review: Bios and irresponsible with co-owners.

1. This management company encourage co-owners to complain each other. They do not verify them self. Even some one send the picture of the same violation, they will ask you to give their unit #. They are managing property at the cost of co-owner and putting co-owners on front line.
They don't entertain any co owners in monthly meetings and last moment deny by any excuses.
They removed the recycle containers provided by township and we are paying for that. The management company hold responsible to co-owners saying co-owners put the garbage in recycle containers. They should put the sign to educate the co owners. Removing is not the solution.
