paid 10, ooo cash for new x740 garden tractor, first use engine overheated, had service dept.work on it three times, did not fix problem, still having same problem, only has 71 hrs on it, and they put 22 of those on it, have to add coolant every use, salesman said not to worry, he would order a different one, week later manager told me, not going to happen...

I bought the snow blower in Oct 2009, brought it out on the first snowfall and it would not move. Sent it in for warenty repair, got it back and same thing. Sent it in a second time, John Deere added some weather striping and roughed up the drive plate. Still did not work, sent it in a third time. John Deere kept it until April and brought it back. When I tried it in August it would not move in reverse. So they have it again. When is enough, enough, they should replace it but John Deere will not. John Deere wants me to trade it in on a new model and pay them for all the time it sat in the shop. John Deere snow blowers are a ripoff!

I have purchased a tractor 5310 96 MG global excel from your agency R.K. AUTOMOBILES siddharthnagar U.P.bill No.35.
in 140 hrs. it has damaged 5 times when i complain to the agency they said to contact to our company eng. Mr.Satish Sarerde
Then I contact him he said i have no time because I have to deal all U.P. so you contact to your dealer.
Please help me who will solve my problem . I sended the tractor to the agency but my problem is as it is.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM NICOLE CIPRO AKA NICOLA JEFERSON. SHE IS A RIP-OFF ARTIST WITH NO MORALS AT ALL. WE WERE "TOOK' BUY HER FOR $5000.00 FOR A TRACTOR, WITH NO DELIVERY. NOW SHE WANTS $4000.00 MORE TO REPAIR THE TRUCK BEING USED TO DELIVER THE TRACTOR. THERE NEVER WAS A TRACTOR, WE ARE CONVINCED. We from m/s srinidhi cotton mill having issue about john deere service in sirpur kagaz nagar.Your people are asking to repalce the parts where the vehicle is full serviced in your authorisized service center.Where there is no requirement for not spare...After full serviced with a bill about 52000...
transaxle went out in a little over 3 years after after i bought it brand new the repairs will cost me $590 plus labor this means probably a $1000 repair bill cost almost more than it is worth
turbocharger broke and there are no replacements available. deere will not allow us to borrow one from a broken picker in inventory to finish harvesting our cotton crop. i've got a $400,000 picker that wont run and its deere's fault. Half my 2023 income still in the field with no help from deere.

My 2015 John Deere Z960R developed a transaxle leak due to poor quality seals which required a service bill of $1247.83 at my local John Deere repair shop. For a five year old machine that is stored indoors and the fact the seals are located in a protected area on the machine I don't feel these seals should have failed.
I asked to have my Nov payment defered to the end of payments. I have been paying it on time since 4/13/2020 I have never missed a payment. It was declined and said they would take a smaller payment and I would have to pay late fees on that. Come get your junk...
I have screen shot the problem. This is ridiculous! This man never directed me to anyone that could help or gave me any info on any other products! It’s a shame people are like this that work for you! I wanted a new mower but thanks to this guy I guess I’ll have to check else where and most likely another brand!

I too bought a John Deere snowthrower last year. Shear pins are too small and the holes in the augers and wheels are sloppy. Pins are aluminum which work hardens and becomes extremely brittle. I replace at least three every snow storm. Hitch pin in wheels broke and had to replace those because the wheels fall off. Transmission does not work properly and does not adjust properly. I bought this instead of a Honda and it was a serious mistake. I have used all kinds of snow removal equipment over the years and this is the worst piece of junk by far, and not cheap at 18.500. Should have bought a Honda...
