Jiffy Lube review: Customer service

I pulled into the line to get an oil change, asked the pricing of full synthetic and a blend and stated I had a coupon and showed it on my phone. I decided in the Full synthetic that he verbally stated was a $116+- and pulled in. I then asked about some wipers blade which he said was 9.99 and 19.99, so I said I would do the 19.99 blades. He came back with a $175+- quote. I stated you just quoted $116 and $19.99. He went back to the computer and then came back with something over $140. I stated just give me the $116 oil change with the $25 off coupon. They started changing the oil and the oil tech then came out and said they can't honor the $25 coupon, only a $15. I stated then wrip it up and I get my oil changed somewhere else. He stated ha can't do that as the oil was already draining. I stated then get a manager because I had already been quoted the price. The tech was acting as if it was my fault that they weren't accepting the quote they gave me so I asked for the manager again. He came out with a lower price than quoted, I said thank you and was ready to leave and the tech said as I was rolling out that because I was rude I am never to come back and used some profanity towards me an threatened to kick my [censored].
I stopped my truck and got out and asked if he always threatens customers like that and acted as if he was wanting to fight as I'm asking him are you threatening me? He them started to pull the garage door down on me and I punched the glass and broke it. The glass is on me, but the threatening that pushed me there is on the oil tech. I have never been treated this way for an oil change.
