i was contacted by this company and after several phone calls and urging i finally broke down and invested with them. they claimed they wee licensed and my money was going on the exchange. they said they had a different program than anyone else and i believed them, well not at first but after 5-6 calls of speaking to them and them being so persuasive and excited. i spoke to a guy once, then i spoke with the next guy a few times then after i sent in my money i got introduced to a new person all together(that should have been a red flag). i was told that the person i spoke with before was no longer with the company. i later found out that my investment never really went into the market like they had promsed me. these folks certainly did a number by misleading and pressuring me into opening a commodity acct. but solicited and stole my funds. i found out that these folks never even had licenses, which to my knowledge is illegal behavior.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

THE ARTICLE IN SUN-SENTINEL SAYS HE WENT TO STAY AND SHOWED UP AT A CLIENTS HOUSE THEN TRIED TO STAY UNINVITED FOR SEVERAL WEEKS. THE KICKER IS HE EVEN CALLED THE INVESTOR DAD! THIS GUY MUST HAVE SERIOUS "DADDY" ISSUES AND PREYED UPON OLDER PEOPLE. PLEASE POST AS MUCH AS YOU CAN REGARDING THIS SICK DEGENERATE. I HAD AN ACCOUNT FOR JUST OVER A MONTH, THE MARKET WENT UP AND I WAS TOLD "GREAT" THINGS...WHERE IS MY MONEY MR. REYNOLDS? SHOULD'VE KNOWN AFTER I BECAME CLIENT AND I HAD TO LEAVE MESSAGE AFTER MESSAGE AND THIS GUY STAMMERED EVERY TIME, EVEN ACTED LIKE IT WASNT HIM!
I invested with this company and received profit checks periodically and when I asked to close my account, they sent me my money. I'd invest with them again.

what can we do to stop them i want my money back
I received alot of calls form jdc united metals and i invested with them but after a few weeks i wasn't able to get a hole of them and they never return my calls. So i beleive that they are a scam too. All they have to do is return my calls and i might feel different about them, but untill then i do beleive they are a scam. It has been 6 months and they still haven't return my calls.
I can't speak to United Metals investments, however, any company who uses various telephone numbers and who robo-calls me constantly without having an agent on the line when I answer just seems too suspicious for me to ever want to do business with them. STOP CALLING ME EVERY DAY!
THIS IS A COMMON PRACTICE BY OTHER METAL FIRMS TO DEFRAUD OTHER FIRMS THAT ARE LEGAL TO STOP THEM FROM DOING BUSINESS UNFORTUNATELY THE SITES THAT POST THIS GARBAGE CANT BE FOUND OR CALLED TO VERIFY ANYTHING PLEASE BE ADVISED THE WEBSITES THAT POST THIS ENJOY DOING THIS IT IS A GROUP OF THEM THAT MAKE A LIVING POSTING UNDOCUMENTED FRAUD
This complaint is false and unfounded! JDC United Metals has never had a client from OHIO.
It is obvious that the person that posted this is making up lies. JDC has not had ONE legitimate complaint from any clients.
If the person that posted this nonsense would state their name, then the truth will come to light.
However, JDC united Metals can almost guarantee that the person that posted this will not state their name because these accusations are false.
