They are insulting and passive/aggressively taunt you about your complaint while saying "we can't recreate the issue" even if you supply technical issues. The last response to a continuing issue was to hide behind their T&Cs so the could blow me off, take no responsibility, and, basically, save them from expending and effort to fix the issue.
