Heading west on I70 at MM34 when a JB Hunt driver abruptly cut over in front of me causing me to have to take the right shoulder to avoid a collision. This happened approximately 0940 today 07/03/22.The trailer no.was all I could see being that it was so close to me.Trailer#676080 i70 westbound Indiana

JB Hunt is the worst company on planet Earth. I've called carrier support a million times no one ever knows how to help. They re route you to someone else that doesn't know how to help. I guess no one gets trained there. Also I've been hung up on 3 times now I guess because they just didn't know how to handle the situation. So instead of trying to find the solution and work with me they hung up! Carrier Support never responds to any of my emails when I'm asking for help. I've been waiting 2 months to get paid. It's unbelievable how they treat Carriers. I just want to be paid for the services we provided.

THIS TRUCK CUT DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF US, APPARENTLY THE DRIVER DIDN’T WANT TO WAIT UNTIL IT WAS SAFE TO SWITCH LANES. AS YOU CAN SEE THE TRUCK DRIVER WAS CLOSE TO US. No SIGNAL LIGHT.

Take a truck driver safety class. Trucks maybe bigger that vehicles but they “don’t own the road”. They should be taught NOT to be so aggressive on the road. SAFETY FIRST!

06/16/2022 On I-80 E at approximately 11:10 am a Truck hauling trailer J.B HUNT. JBHZ 670925 cut us off and almost crashed into the back of the white car in front of us. We were in a traffic jam and the driver whipped over on us, we were at his rear trailer tires and and I thought we were gonna end up under his trailer. He then had to slam the brakes to keep from hitting the car in front of us. He could have seriously injured us and other today. I would have taken a pic of his face but he had a towel hanging in his window.

Go around 1115 PM Sunday night [protected] northbound golf for the 27 S. exit towards New Brunswick going to Amazon in behind me was extremely close with the trailer I mean Westley so I move over the rocket around me and drive reckless we are cutting me off I have the truck number I have the plate and I also called up next to the driver at the light slow down wake me off and say that he will [censored] me up so I proceeded to follow him to his definition on 27 I got out of my truck and I walked away as dash camera because that is totally unacceptable he almost killed me that night and I was in a truck training another driver but let’s see if anybody cares enough to review it tractor number 331494 plate Indiana registration 2696250

Very upset with the Delivery service from J.B. Hunt, they took advantage of my mother an elderly person, who was alone at the time of the delivery. I had ordered a fridge from Lowe's and Lowe's uses J.B. Hunt as their delivery service. I had paid for the hauling of the old appliance and also the installation of the fridge. The delivery service left the old fridge in its place telling my elderly mother I didn't pay for any of the services, and the new fridge was left in the box. Very Unprofessional and they talk about how customers are their priority.

While traveling eastbound on I-40 on 6/5/22 at 1930 a truck pulling a JB Hunt trailer was crossing all lanes of traffic, going on to the left and right shoulder. The driver came into the left lane 3 times during our attempt to pass him. He then proceeded to exceed the speed limit of 75 by going at 80 mph+. This occurred around mile marker 100-108 for us personally however we observed this behavior all the was to mile marker 141 at our exit.

State troopers were notified however I am unsure if he was stopped. This driving is beyond unsafe and creates a hazard to everyone else on the road. This driver should not be driving a large truck.

This behavior speaks volumes of how JB Hunt trains their drivers.

Truck driver cut me off trying to merge into the left lane (which is illegal for him to even be in)

On 5/31 at approx. 3:30 on N River road in Will County, Illinois, a JB hunt truck was driving in front of me in a clearly marked “no truck zone”. This area is also clearly marked as the Des Plaines Fish and Wildlife Conservation where the speed limit is posted at 25. This driver failed to fully stop at the posted stop signs and drove at speeds way above 25 which endangers the people who travel to this conservation area for various activities. The license plate was 777-1FP and I have attached a picture of the plate as well.

November 8th, 2021, was my first day of work for J.B. Hunt LLC as a professional commercial truck driver assigned regional routes. who has been experiencing discrimination in unequal pay starting since January 20th 2022 when I first noticed that my paycheck was short through May 27th 2022. when I brought it to the lower administration for J.B. Hunt attention namely Mr. Adam and Mr. Mike Barit. Both made arbitrary decisions not to correct the error which has lead me to file this complaint. I have evidence J.B. Hunt through home depot trip sheets to show proof of miles spent hours spent vs. my paygrade which are in conflict with my pay as today. I further don't look to be harassed retaliated or reassigned for filing this complaint against my lower administrative staff.

At around 5:00 I got behind this JBHunt driver on business 85S in Lexington NC coming home from work. On several occasions this driver crossed over into the other lane. After about 10 mile of this I was worried enough to cal 911 and report his dangerous driving. I then proceeded to take some pictures just in case something happened. After being behind him for 20-25 mins as we were now on regular 85S near Linwood Nc passing by Bill’s truck stop I moved over two lanes in order to pass him safely. He is going to get someone killed.

A person driving one of your trucks changed lanes cutting my vehicle off. If it had t been for excellent defensive driving skills, a family would’ve been killed. I have the Florida tag number and dash cam I am reporting to authorities. FLORIDA TAG: 268-OCD

On 4/17/2022. I was in my personal vehicle traveling on Williamsburg Rd. When I was hit by another vehicle. The other driver was cited. On 4/18/2022. I went to the TriHealth emergency room for treatment because of the collision that happen on the above date. I receive treatment and was place on medical restrictions due to collision. On 5/5/2022. I submitted a JB Hunt letterhead "Return to Work Release to Supervisor Adam. On the same date I was sent back home by Adam and the reason was that he had to send the documents to HR for approval and to come in for work tomorrow that everything should be clear. I ask him would receive pay for today. He then stated that he would look into it for me however he needed for me to travel in my personal vehicle to another Doctor office for a DOT JB Hunt physical at the Conentra Urgent Care located at 333 Conover Dr suit 22 in Franklin, Ohio 45005. After been recertified. I return back to 500 Gateway Blvd in Monroe Ohio. Some 28 miles back and 28 miles to. Where Adam then told me that I would not be paid for my time on duty because JB had already paid for my DOT physical. Adam then told me to go back home. Where I had to travel another 38 miles back. his denial continued in denying me equal opportunity of employment was based on a pretext reason for discrimination for segregation against me was based on a pretext reason of leave pointing his finger at "Unum" as he shall come up with another pretext reason that I left work on 5/10/2022. Overlooking May 5th through May 9th, 2022, and weekends what was his reason for his denying me equal opportunity of employment? If it is not for been bias and prejudice if he is not discrimination bias on my race in segregation turning to the policy and contract agreement between JB Hunt and Unum. Which stated in part: That when any employee has return back to their employer a Return-to-work Release form with the JB Hunt letterhead the employer shall allow and is permitted to allow the employee back to full duty status. I have not. Had I been a blue eye big breasted Caucasian light skin white woman. Would she been put through the same humiliation, stress, hardship and the mental emotional anguish and pain as well as the harm. As for an example: I have been assigning two adequate DOT passable JB Hunt tractor both time without warning Adam would take my tractor placing me in another inadequate JB Hunt tractor that was not DOT passable. Placing me at high-risk. In one example. Another driver tractor had to be repair. Without warning or even a photo call. I arrive at work looking to go to work when I discover that the tractor that Adam assign me to was gone. When I inquired about the JB Hunt tractor. Adam admitted to given the tractor to another driver who was in break down statue. intentionally placing me in the same position as the other driver which was in a break down statue. That lead to a reduce in my pay.

On May 10, 2022.

While traveling westbound on I-40, near Rockwood, TN, the driver hauling trailer 660026, at approximately 08:00, was tailgating another truck. There was absolutely no reason for this. There was no downhill grade. The other truck was already in the left lane. There was literally maybe 5’ between the two trucks.

I didn’t get the make or number of the truck. I can tell it was a little older with the front right fender shaking pretty bad. Also, it was white in color.

This is very dangerous! We all need to get somewhere and we need to get there safely.

Someone needs to talk to that driver and work on his safety. There are too many accidents on the highways. My family or your family could be on the highway while this driver is trying to bully others!

On 5/5/2022 at approximately 4:35 PM CT, I was traveling I-65S in Birmingham area in the right lane. I had to move to the middle lane to allow merging traffic on to the interstate. I signaled, moved over, traveling 70 in 60 mph zone. One of your drivers traveling over 80 mph and quickly was on my bumper blowing the horn, riding my bumper for mile.

I would like to report one of your driver's. I didn't get the truck number but I will attach a picture of the tag/trailer number. He was being careless on 301 trying to turn into the Wilson community college job site beside Wilson school for the death. He quickly got over into the inside lane (fast lane) and whipped the truck to turn in to job site in front of me causing me to slam on breaks to keep from slamming into the trailer. My mom went and spoke with him and he was ugly so she got ugly with him and he tried to blame me for it. He did have his hazard lights on but obviously wasn't paying attention to traffic around him. License plate BC 1910 on the trailer April 28th 2022 6:50 p.m. on I-15 north just passed 395 your driver changed lanes abruptly and almost hit the front of my car I was forced to hit my brakes and as he drove in front of me he appeared to be driving erratically changing lanes from left to right and driving extremely fast for rush hour traffic swerving the trailer back and forth very unsafe driving on interstate 15 during traffic time.

Hello yesterday I was driving along in Nazareth , when one of your truck drivers decided to pull out in front of me so bad I had to slam on my break and swerve out of the way and actually I hit my face extremely hard off the stirring wheel. He could have killed me I have an extremely small car. Please tell your drivers be more careful or I’m contacting the police considering I have it all on dash cam. Please do better considering your a world wide company . I have pictures of the license plates as well

On March 1, 2022, In Enfield, CT at approximately 1225 pm a driver blew through 2 stop signs in a residential neighborhood. The first was at the corner of Neelans Rd and Abbe Rd. The second was at the corner of Wallop School Rd and Abbe Rd. This is a neighborhood with well over 100 homes, children, pets and elderly live here.

Driver entered the yard of Lawrence M. Alegre Trucking, Inc. using our yard as a turn around as Roth road in French Camp, CA was blocked by a train at crossing. Driver proceeded to make tight u-turn in yard at accelerated rate driving up a huge dust cloud. Our employee ran out of office and signaled driver to slow down, and instead he sped up, driving more dust and tearing the yard up. Driver was in JB Hunt Tractor #115766 pulling a flatbed trailer. Incident occured just before 1PM PST on February 24, 2022.

Driver needs to be contacted about proper, professional behavior when on property that his is not supposed to be on. As a trucking company ourselves, I would be appaled by one of my drivers acting in this manner, and they would be issued a warning.
