I'am repeating this message because i'm not sure my first message went through. I received a necklace for a Christmas gift, by the time I was given the receipt & got to the store I was two days past the 30 day refund/exchange policy. The store & customer service headquarters would not budge on their policy & would rather lose a customer over a two day window. No longer patrons of Jarods jewelry.
