The Vito services people responded in only 2 days to my air conditioning issue even though it’s during the hot, very busy time of the year. They recharged my a/c system quickly and did not try to up-sell or push additional services or costly upgrades. The technician Joseph P was polite and accommodating and professional. I’ll be glad to have them work on my home again when needed in the future.

Vitos employees are the most honest in the industry. Our heater went out of service on Christmas eve. We called several companies to see who could get here the soonest. Another company arrived first. They wanted to charge $1,200 for new parts that would take days to order. Vito diagnosed the problem as a clogged filter. They changed all the filters ad reset the system, all for $90.00. There is no more honest company in the industry than Vito. We'll never use anyone else!

Vito I installed 2,75 gallon water tanks in 2015. I recently began to have an issue with the cold water running warm for too long. I called Vito and Anthony came out to my house. He assessed the situation, explained how to fix it and did so in 40 min. Anthony was very professional and explained he would need to turn the water off to the house. He gave me adequate time to prepare. In keeping with safety protocol, Anthony wore a mask and sent me a receipt via email. As far as the cost, I only paid the service call fee.

Gavin from Vito Plumbing is an awesome and extremely friendly, straight shooting & knowledgeable technician. He's helped me out a few times from yearly inspections to a full on central fan/motor issue with my HVAC system. If all techs are like Gavin at Vito, then I can say that Vito is likely a great option for your various HVAC needs. I've also had Vito replace a burst hot water tank in the past previously, and other than the flooding (no fault of theirs) they helped append a good ending to a pain in the rear experience.

Dennelll from Vito is awesome! He sees everything through in a thorough manner and is very knowledgeable with everything he has done in my house. What a nice person and polite. I have used Vito services for over 15 years now. He was just her today to follow up with installing a part and fixed the shower problem. He was very quick but precise. It alleviates a lot of stress for me. I now can have a working shower and toilet for my out of town guest. They try to get the contractors out as soon as possible. Thank goodness! It was very easy to get an appointment and we scheduled a visit between 8am to 12 pm. They're technicians always come between 8-9am and the dispatcher called ahead of time that the technician was on his way. He arrived by 8:30am , very respectful of our house by wearing shoe covers and a mask before coming in, and he was the same technician coming to our house past couple of times our furnace needed to be checked. We just needed the filter to be replaced (something we had to buy on our own) and he was done in about 15 minutes. This is a very reliable business and I have relied on them to check our furnace and AC since we bought our house.

On 07/23 I hired VITO to install a complete air conditioner unit at the cost of $7,059.59. The work was done severly incorrect. Another contractor had to correct the following issues: 1. debris which should have been cleaned out prior to the installation went down the line and caused a backup. 2. Trap connected to main condensate line-no way to open the trap to clean, trap should not connect to main condensate. 3. Trap configuration with 2 pipes that were left open, no cap on these pipes. 4. Debris from install left inside the Air Conditioner closet.

I didn't get a copy of the video they took of my drains, even though I asked them multiple times. They took the video on 7/20 and I got an electronic copy of the report. However, on 7/17, another technician told me that the service would include a video copy. I called their office on 7/29 to inquire about getting the video. The receptionist found the technician and informed me that he would put it on a portable drive and send it by mail. Since I hadn't received it, I called again on 8/10. The receptionist said she would email the technician and manager about the problem. Unfortunately, nobody has followed up with me, and I still don't have the video.
