The fee for the association was $130 a month

The fee for the association was $130 a month. The roofs on the townhome units were leaking in many places. They took all the money from the account and asked everyone to pay an extra $350 to fill it back up. But they still haven't replaced the roof. JMC also made it a must that we now pay $180 a month instead of $130 a month. They never removed weeds from any of the units. It's been five days since the last snowfall, and they still haven't plowed, salted, or shoveled any of the sidewalks!
