As a government administrator of health plans (cobra) i couldnt believe how responsive they were All my interactions were great and best of all they actually answer the phone as opposed to a voicemail matrix that leads to nowhere. Valerie was especially helpful and actually called me back to let me know the plan i had was active! Explained to me the verification process and timelines and always followed up. Great company

Spoke with a representative by the name of Anthony, very helpful and knowledgeable on the subject of my call along with the responses to put my reservations at ease. More companies should take a lesson from AA and train their employees to be as responsive and courteous as this representative was. Having run call centers and customer experience centers, I would have easily recognized his talent and moved him towards senior training manager or even director training.

I've had my first taste of this company and I'm already terrified for what it's about to bring! I paid my medical bill through the drs office website and they wanted a copy of the receipt they wanted an itemized bill, and still deny the claim. Ummmm my prior company never gave me any issues about paying my bill with my card especially when it's directly on the providers website! It's not like I'm making things up just to pay them! I hope this doesn't set a precedent because I go to the dr at least once a month for medical issues and to think of the hassle this is about to cause it won't be worth the funds at this point. I'm already regretting it!

Anthony with Admin America and his team are fantastic! My transition from my employer's healthcare to COBRA through admin America was very smooth, and they were always very responsive when I needed help. More significantly, when I was rehired and forgot to turn off auto pay for COBRA through admin America, they worked with me and my employer to refund me any payments after my employer insurance kicked in. I received my refund quickly. The customer service is fabulous, and I felt that I got personalized, compassionate, and excellent service (no automated system here - just helpful, knowledgeable, and kind staff that goes above and beyond).
