Jacoby & Meyers review: Irresponsible and non comunicating attorneys plus they pushed me over to another law firm

I was continually passed over from one attorney's assistant to another and I had to always call them instead of them communicating with me about any progress. I was finally given the opportunity have another Law Firm try to help me after a year and three months. I feel Jacoby and Meyers did not feel I was worth the effort and therefore I feel that their advertisement of getting justice is not right because I did not get justice from their office. I still have pain from the accident and they chose to pass me to another law firm. How is that justice!
