My father had a new roof installed in 2020. He passed away in 2022 and the house has been empty the past two years. His home is a split level. In the last three days there was a heavy rain and I noticed water coming in around the fire place and each place there was a joint in the roof. I called the company and left two messages without a return call. When I finally reached Karen in the warranty department she immediately remarked that the roof was done a long time ago; which I found surprising as their warranties are 10 to 15 years. She then told me that our leaks would be workmanship failures and that their workmanship warranty is only two years. I expressed my surprise as workmanship should be something a company should stand behind. I write this review to let you know that poor workmanship may not show up until after two years and to be aware that it will not be covered. You may want to consult with other roofers to confirm if they offer a longer workmanship warranty. The longer warranty they tout is evidently only for the product which is actually a manufacturer's warranty. If I had a single leak I would not complain but it is evident that all the work was poor.
