On the 6th of April or there about, I made 2 withdrawals. Till today I have not received any money. I contacted Iq Options support and they required bank statements which I provided. Every time I enquired about the progress, I was always asked to provide bank statements.
It seems to me that I was involved in a merry-go-round type of situation. As I write this, I am supposed to send them the bank statements, again!
Desired outcome: I would want the company to trace the funds and honor my withdrawal.
