CLV GROUP Unauthorized Withdrawl

On August 1st 2022 I had 1880$ withdrawn from account which left me in the negatives as I had already terminated my tenancy. So obviously I did not have the rent in my account as I don't owe it.

I gave my 60days notice.

The reason this happened, I was told is because someone forgot to do their job and end my tenancy in the computer. So my money was just taken automatically.

As of today Sept 8th I have yet to receive my money. And have been given zero information on when I'm to get it.

I have called everyday.

Every number. Head office never answers their phone. No one returns my calls. I get told they're looking into it.

I've been in the negatives for five weeks.

FIVE WEEKS.

I have bills I can't pay, rent for my new residence I can't pay.

Ive been charged overdraft fees and interest because I can't pay anything.

My paychecks go into that account and I've been left penniless just because someone didn't do their job.

I'm treated as if it's not a big deal.

The entire time I lived there I paid on time.

I paid for 2 parking spots I never got to use because it was and still is under construction the entire time.

These people do not care about the welfare of the tenants past or present.

I will never recommend this company to anyone ever.

If I do not get a reply or my money by the end of day Sept 12th I will be filing a T1 form to the Landlord and Tenant board as I am taking this now as officially being refused my money.

Desired outcome: I want my 1880 returned to me immediately. I will not be paying any additional costs.I want an apology for this entire situation and lack of communication and concern.

CLV GROUP Justin

CLV Group is against freedom of speech. Due to their lousy service, people have writen negative reviews. However, the company will send a team of lawyers, threatening legal action if the negative reviews are not removed. This can not be tolerated. CLV Group can not be trusted and must be forced to stop this practice e of stifling freedom of speech.

CLV GROUP Horrible Living Conditions

Water is constantly being shut off without notice.. (they claim it to be faulty boiler tanks, which were newly installed in the summer) They even already shuit the water off for 48 hours last week to fix it.) Sub contractors do not know how to work according to saftey laws. Hallways full of drywall dust. Constant noise and dust pollution. Been suffering...
