Invalubale Mixed Experience with Invaluable

As someone who has explored the world of auctions and collectibles, I must say my experience with Invaluable has been quite mixed. While the platform offers a wide range of items and the thrill of bidding, there are significant concerns that need to be addressed. The platform seems to have issues with transparency and authenticity, with reports of counterfeit items being sold and questionable practices by some auction houses. This raises doubts about the reliability of the platform and the trustworthiness of certain sellers. On the positive side, the platform does provide access to a variety of auctions and items, offering a sense of excitement and opportunity for collectors. However, potential users should proceed with caution, do thorough research on items and sellers, and be aware of the risks involved in bidding on Invaluable.

Invalubale OOPS! I WAS WRONG!

I feel very foolish and embarrassed to admit, I was - WRONG! - about "Invaluable". It was my mistake that prevented me from accessing their website. Mea culpa!

Invalubale Easy to use, best tool for managing my auctions

I love Invaluable, they make it easy to manage, bid, and win in the auctions I want. A lot of 1 star reviews on here, my advice is to know the house you are bidding with. Trust me, invaluable is actually better than other platforms at maintaining top tier houses, but it's best to research the house before you bid.

Invalubale I was fearful

Although I was hestitating and worried at first, Invaluale took care of my biddings very well. They kept a record of them and also submitted them with an auction house (the same place I won). There were no sudden surprises as Invaluable kept a track of the resulting final expenses of a triumphant order of a successful bid at my side.

Invalubale An Untrustable and Unworthy Auction Site with Unresponsible Actions

Put a higher bid in place prior to the LIVE AUCTION and they never brought in or considered my higher bid. They gave the item to someone else with the same bid as mine during their LIVE AUCTION which should have happened after bringing my higher bid in but they did not. I did complain however they do not even have a higher educated representative to tell you and explain the type of mistake they made! SZA, Ph.D.

Recommendation: DO NOT BID AND PURCHASE FROM THE SITE THAT DOES NOT TAKE ACTION FOR THEIR MISTAKES!

Invalubale Disappointing Experience with Art Legacy Auction House through Invaluable: A Review

I recently had an experience with Invaluable, specifically with Art Legacy Auction House, where I placed a bid on a Paul Klee lithograph from 1954. After winning the bid and paying for the item, I was disappointed to not receive any tracking information. I decided to give Art Legacy a call to inquire about the shipment. The representative I spoke with, Kathy, assured me that they would send it right out and I provided my business address for shipping.

However, after a couple of weeks passed without any tracking information, I called Art Legacy again. Kathy asked me if I had received my Paul Klee lithograph, to which I replied that I had not. She then informed me that the item was damaged during shipping and was being returned to Art Legacy. She offered me a different Paul Klee lithograph, but I declined as I specifically wanted the Twittering Machine piece that I had bid on.

Kathy assured me that they would inspect the returned Klee and if it was in good condition, they would re-frame it and send it to me. A few days later, I received an email with tracking information from Art Legacy. I was excited as I thought that the package had finally arrived. However, when I opened it, I was disappointed to find that they had shipped a different Paul Klee piece. I was confused as to why they would do this, especially since the piece they sent was not what I had bid on.

I was further disappointed to discover that the piece was framed in cheap plastic with a low-quality plastic lens. I was extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Art Legacy and am still waiting for my refund. It is clear to me that Art Legacy is a hack auction house that deals in fakes and low-quality frames. I would not recommend using their services.

Invalubale Buyer Beware: Invaluable and Kavanagh Auctions are Untrustworthy Vendors

This site is not to be trusted, so be careful when making purchases. I had a terrible experience with Invaluable when I won an auction for an antique figurine from Kavanagh Auctions in Montreal. The figurine was described as old, made of wood, with paint loss all over it. In the photo, it was standing on a base with both feet grounded.

However, when the figurine arrived, one foot was not attached to the base, and it wouldn't stand. It swiveled 360 degrees around the other foot. This damage was not described in the auction description. I tried to contact Invaluable several times through email, but I received no response.

I then tried to contact Kavanagh with Invaluable copied on the emails, but nobody responded to those emails either. I even called Kavanagh several times, and after finally reaching someone, they said they would consult with their business partner and get back to me. However, after several days of no response, I called again, and they essentially told me tough luck. They said the figurine was old, and I didn't ask if it was broken. They also suggested that it may have broken during shipping.

In the end, I was left with a broken figurine and no help from either Kavanagh or Invaluable. It's clear that with Invaluable, you're on your own when it comes to purchases made through vendors they host. And unfortunately, some of those vendors are clearly not trustworthy.

It's a shame that both Kavanagh and Invaluable acted this way. They should have had the decency to respond to my many attempts to contact them and make things right. But instead, they left me with a broken figurine and a bad taste in my mouth. So, be careful when using Invaluable, and don't expect any help if something goes wrong.

Invalubale Warning: Morphy Auctions and Invaluable are Dishonest Crooks!

I gotta tell ya, I had a real bad experience with Morphy Auctions and their website, Invaluable. Let me tell you, they're a bunch of liars and cheats. I bid on a bunch of stuff through Invaluable, and won lot 113 for $450. But when the package arrived, it was a completely different lot! They sent me lot 112 instead. I called them up to complain, and they told me I didn't win lot 113 at all! Can you believe that? They said I won lot 112, which wasn't even on the list of my winning auctions on Invaluable.

I kept calling and emailing them, but they just kept telling me the same thing. I didn't win lot 113, I won lot 112. But then they sent me an invoice saying I won lot 113! I was so confused. I called Invaluable and they were just as confused as I was. They told me I definitely won lot 113, and gave me the name of the person who won lot 112.

I don't know what's going on, but it seems like Morphy Auctions is trying to pull a fast one on me. They even sent me a fake invoice! I still haven't received my items, and I don't even want them anymore. They're not worth the money I spent.

I'm telling you, don't trust Morphy Auctions or Invaluable. They're a bunch of crooks.

Invalubale Buyer Beware: Invaluable's Customer Service is Useless and They Engage in Fraudulent Behavior

I've been using Invaluable for quite some time now and have had over 1700 transactions with them. When everything goes smoothly, it's great. However, when things don't go as planned, their customer service is completely useless. They've even told me that they don't get involved in post-transaction issues, which is incredibly frustrating. I've had instances where I haven't received my auction wins or have been sent the wrong items, and my only option was to contact my credit card company. It's disappointing to see that Invaluable doesn't seem to do any due diligence when it comes to the auction houses using their site. I've come across many examples of bad practices and even fraud among some of these auction houses.

My most recent issue involves a ring I purchased from Imperial Auction for $30.00 on November 10, 2019. The auction terms clearly stated that there would be free shipping, handling, and insurance on all items and invoices. However, when I received an invoice from Invaluable for $66.00, including $30.00 for shipping, I immediately contacted them to request a corrected invoice. I sent two subsequent emails, but received no response. Today, I received a receipt from Invaluable stating that they had processed the $66.00 charge through my credit card, which was completely unauthorized. I couldn't find anything in their terms of service that would allow them to engage in this kind of behavior, and I view it as fraudulent.

Overall, I would caution anyone using Invaluable to be very careful. While they can be great when everything goes smoothly, their customer service is completely useless when things don't go as planned. Additionally, it seems that they don't do enough to vet the auction houses using their site, which can lead to bad experiences for buyers. I will be cancelling my account with Invaluable due to their dishonest behavior.

Invalubale Buyer Beware: My Nightmare Experience with Art Legacy Auction House

I recently bought a Marc Chagall painting from Invaluable's affiliated auction house, Art Legacy, in Chicago. It was a signed lithograph, and I was excited to add it to my collection. However, when I received the painting, I decided to have it independently appraised. Unfortunately, the appraisers found that the painting was a fraud. It was a photograph reproduction from a book, and the artist's signature was inserted afterward.

I contacted Art Legacy, and they told me I could return the painting if I wasn't happy. So I paid additional shipping to return the painting to them. However, things got more complicated from there. I gave them wiring instructions to send me back my $649, but I never heard back. After several phone calls, they told me that I had given them the wrong wiring instructions (which I hadn't), and they couldn't recover the funds.

Since I live in Canada, I contacted TD, my bank here, who also tried to intervene. I instructed Art Legacy to do a wire trace with their Comerica Bank, and this saga dragged on for close to 2 months. Finally, after contacting Art Legacy two weeks ago, I was told the funds were recovered. I then instructed them to mail me a cheque, which also took a long time.

Today, I finally received the cheque for $500 with a little note saying that fees and processing charges had been deducted without specifying where the difference between the $649 I paid and the $500 I received went. This ordeal went on for over 2 months. What a nightmare! You would think that since the painting was a fraud to begin with, the mixup on their end with the wire transfer, and the inconvenience I was put through, the least they could do would be to reimburse me in full for the price I paid.

If you're thinking of dealing with Art Legacy, be careful. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I did.

Invalubale Unreliable and Frustrating: My Experience with Invaluable Auctions

I recently had an experience with Invaluable that left me feeling quite frustrated. I had bid on an item a couple of weeks ago and was determined to be the highest bidder. However, I received an email stating that the item had been "Passed", even though my bid was the highest one showing on the website. I was confused and decided to contact Invaluable by email to inquire about what had happened. Unfortunately, I was told to contact the auction house directly.

I did some research and found the name of the auction house. I checked their address on Google maps and was surprised to see that it appeared to be a small stationary store in Florida. There was no mention of it being an auction house on the outdoor sign and the Google reviews were quite poor. Many customers had complained about paying for items that they never received or items arriving damaged. I was hesitant to continue with this auction house since it did not seem like a legitimate business.

A couple of weeks later, I saw another item on Invaluable that caught my eye. This time it was in Germany, but I was hesitant to send money to a foreign country without being sure that it was a legitimate art auction house. I contacted them several times in both English and German, but their responses did not seem to address the piece of art I was interested in. I was getting frustrated and decided to take matters into my own hands.

I sent them an email stating that I had family in Germany who would come to their auction house to check out the item in question and assess its authenticity. I would then send them the money for it. However, when I went to their website today, I could not find the item at all. I was assured just 48 hours ago that they still had it, so I was confused. I went back to the Invaluable website to log in and try to find it again, but I was repeatedly blocked from logging in!

I have no idea what happened, but it seems like there were some strange happenings with Invaluable. I am glad that I found this website, but I will definitely not be buying anything from them in the future. It is frustrating to have to deal with these issues, but I hope that others can learn from my experience and be cautious when using Invaluable.

Invalubale Uncovering Unethical Business Practices in Online Auctions: A Call to Action for Consumer Protection

Did you know that invaluable.com and eBay have a partnership to sell items from auction houses? When you bid on an item, you are competing with bidders from eBay.live and another auction site that is also in partnership with invaluable. If you knew this information beforehand, would you still bid on an auction on invaluable or eBay.live? Personally, I would choose eBay because it offers consumer protection.

I suspect that invaluable.com has "bidders" artificially increasing the bid amounts until they reach a price where they can make a decent profit. They also charge a minimum 20% buyer's premium on each item. In one weekend auction that sells overvalued and poor quality jewelry, they made a minimum of $150,000. It seems like they are taking advantage of consumers, but their terms and conditions protect them from liability.

Ebay is a publicly held company that prides itself on its buyer protection policy. Why doesn't invaluable offer the same protection since they have a contract with eBay to cross-platform these auctions? In a brick and mortar auction, you can verify who is legitimate, but with these online auctions, it's difficult to tell who is working for the companies in question. There have been numerous instances where the items won on these platforms are fake, broken, and overvalued with a "certificate of value" by some unknown jewelry grader.

I tried to discuss these issues with an auction house where I was the high bidder on two of their inflated auctions, but they ignored me. They offered me the opportunity to return the items with a 40% restocking fee, but I decided to take a stand and fight. It's time to stand up for our consumer rights and form a class-action suit against all of these companies. Someone has to be responsible for these unethical business practices.

If you're interested in joining me, you can email me at auctionclassaction.gmail.com. If you have knowledge and experience with these types of issues, I would greatly appreciate your assistance. It's time to hold these companies accountable for their actions and protect consumers from being taken advantage of.

Invalubale Invaluable Review: Great for Online Bidding, But Buyer Beware of Member Auction Houses

I've been using Invaluable for a couple of years now and it's been a great help to me. I use the online bidding feature every day and it's helped me make money by buying items to resell. But there's a problem with the member auction houses that use Invaluable. They take advantage of online buyers because we can't see the items in person. We have to rely on the honesty of these auction houses, and unfortunately, that honesty is a gray area. They have a "Small Print" section in their online bidding contract that says they're not responsible for the condition of items and it's our responsibility to ask if an item is damaged. This is a clever numbers game for the auction house because some Invaluable bidders might not ask if a valuable item has a crack or a dent that's not photographed or disclosed in the item description. I've suffered losses because of this and I know others have too.

I'm a power seller on eBay and there's a well-oiled system in place to protect buyers, more so than the seller. It's my duty as a seller on eBay to disclose every detail about the condition of the item in my listings. It's not only a matter of being able to continue to use eBay's valuable services, but it's also a matter of my membership being in jeopardy. I've written to Invaluable three times in the past few months about this issue and haven't received a response. I was told a year ago that it's not Invaluable's responsibility because they're only a liaison. But if this continues on a large scale, it will become Invaluable's responsibility because they could have done something about it.

The auction houses that use Invaluable are also members and they rely on Invaluable's services. If Invaluable doesn't have rules in place to protect buyers, then changes need to be made. In the long run, it will pay off because morally, it's the right thing to do. All I'm asking is that member auction houses be required to disclose proper condition reports in their listings if they want to continue to use Invaluable's services.

If Invaluable would like, I'd be happy to consult with them about these serious matters and help in any way I can.

Invalubale Navigating Invaluable: A Guide to Bidding on Auctions and Understanding the Terms and Conditions

Yo, if you're thinking about bidding on Invaluable, you gotta read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS before you do anything. Trust me, I'm an auctioneer and I've seen some complaints that could have been avoided if people just read the dang rules.

First off, shipping ain't free. It's a CONVENIENCE that some auction houses offer, but you gotta expect to pay a small boxing fee and postage to cover Priority Mail INSURED. That's why it can be expensive, so don't be surprised. And if an auction house doesn't offer shipping, don't get mad. Some won't even touch it, so be grateful if they do.

Secondly, if you're bidding online, you gotta expect to pay a Buyers Premium. That's because the auctioneer has invested in photography, editing, lot descriptions, and other fees. Plus, they gotta pay the auction platform for the privilege of hosting the auction. So don't be surprised if the premium is higher than what you'd pay at an on-site auction.

And if you lost out on a lot, don't blame the auctioneer. They might have listed the same auction on multiple platforms, so there's more competition. And if it's a live auction, the people there in person have an advantage because they can touch and hold the items. So don't get mad if you lose out.

If you didn't get approved to bid, it might be because you registered too late or your registration is incomplete. And if you have a strike against your account, other auctioneers can see it. So don't mess around and not pay or complete the sale, or you'll get a strike.

And don't think Invaluable is like eBay. It's a real auction house that auctions for a living. They're not resellers who buy stuff at Goodwill and sell it on eBay. So don't expect to be able to complain and return stuff whenever you want.

If your bid wasn't accepted, it might be because someone else bid before you or there was a reserve on the item. And if you're buying from an unlicensed auctioneer, you're taking a risk. Not all states require auctioneers to have a license, so be careful.

Finally, read the Terms and Conditions before you bid. You're entering into a contractual agreement, so don't mess around. And don't expect the auctioneer to be an expert in anything other than auctioning. Use your own judgment when bidding.

Overall, Invaluable is a great platform for bidding on auctions. Just be aware of the rules and don't get mad if you lose out on something. It's all part of the game.

Invalubale Site full of sleazy used car salesman gimmicks designed to scam

Fist I want to make it clear that there are good, reputable auction houses using Invaluable- Like ebay and other auction sites, it is made up of hundreds of sellers, each of them different. HOWEVER, Invaluable itself has customer service problems when dealing with the buyers and they do very little to vet who is using their service. If you are using them simply to bid on your favorite local auction house's items from the comfort of home, you'll be fine. But if you are bidding from far away & need your items transported, you have a good chance of being scammed. I have had a few good experiences there, even shipping the stuff from far away, but the two bad ones and Invaluable's response was enough to scare me. One auction house would not run my creditcard through the site and insisted on taking my creditcard information over the phone, from a foreign country- that set off red flags, so I canceled & didn't pay, for which I got a ridiculous "dispute" that I ignored, like any other cautious internet shopper. Flash forward a couple of years, and I got an even worse seller- Bruneau Auction- who gives you the names of two firms to pack & ship your items if you win, but those firms are like phantoms and never respond. I'm not sure they were even real businesses. But the user Bruneau, through Invaluable's site, claims that you have to pay them anyhow, because you agreed to a contract and won the bid. This is actually illegal. It's like the wild west days of ebay 10-15 years ago where buyer's could be lured by conflicting auction terms and unenforceable "contracts" into paying for something they'll never receive. I asked Bruneau to simply contact the shippers for me, since they didn't respond to me, but they must have used them many times and been in contact with them, and they completely ignored me and kept trying to get me to pay, without any hope of ever receiving anything. It was severe, sleazy used-car-salesman tactics, and it's really odd that no one at Bruneau would even address the possibility of calling or emailing the shippers they advertised. ALL of the correspondence was "it's a contract, just pay it" to paraphrase. Invaluable customer support was aware of this and never did anything to help me at all. Once again I got "disputes" for this on my Invaluable account and no way of removing them. Again like any savvy internet shopper, I ignored the disputes from the shady auction houses & kept on shopping, until one day I didn't get an invoice from the last auction I won, so all of a sudden I get a notice from Invaluable that my account was suspended for having too many unpaid items! Not only that but they said I have to pay for the items through their site but I can't log onto their site to pay. My jaw hit the floor. They clearly do not care about the buyers at all, and Invaluable does nothing to ensure that the auction houses you are buying from on their site are honest or trustworthy. Buyer support needs a serious overhaul.

Invalubale Disappointing Customer Service Experience on Invaluable: A Review

I recently made a purchase on Invaluable, an online marketplace for art, jewelry, and historical memorabilia. I was excited to find an expensive historical poster advertised as framed under glass. However, when I received the poster, it was rolled up in a tube, without any frame or glass. I immediately contacted the dealer to request compensation for the framing, but they refused to help.

I then reached out to Invaluable for assistance, but it was difficult to get a response from them. After some time, they finally contacted the dealer on my behalf, but all they did was ask them to resolve the issue. Despite my repeated requests, Invaluable refused to tell the dealer that I would stop using their website if the problem was not resolved. As a result, the dealer offered an inadequate remedy that was clearly made in bad faith.

I am extremely disappointed with the way Invaluable handled this situation. As a customer, I expected them to provide some leverage to ensure that the dealer would rectify the problem. Unfortunately, they did not do so, and I was left with a poster that I could not frame. I will not be using Invaluable again, as there are plenty of other online marketplaces that offer better customer service and support.

Overall, I think that Invaluable has a lot of room for improvement. While their website is easy to use and offers a wide selection of items, their customer service is lacking. If you are considering making a purchase on Invaluable, I would recommend that you proceed with caution and be prepared to handle any issues on your own.

Invalubale Invaluable.com Review: Worst Auction Experience of My Career - Unreliable Platform and Poor Customer Service

Invaluable.com is a website that I recently used to hold an online auction. As an experienced auctioneer with 25 years of experience, I was excited to try out this platform. However, my experience with Invaluable.com was far from satisfactory. In fact, it was the worst experience of my entire career.

During the auction, every bid that was placed was marked as "not accepted bid". This meant that the online bidders were unable to bid and the bids would not advance. To make matters worse, the website stated that a "floor" bid had won the bid, when in reality it was an online bid that had won. This caused a lot of confusion and frustration for both the bidders and myself.

The customer service that I received from Invaluable.com was also extremely poor. The employees that I spoke to were trainees who lacked proper training. Many of them also had difficulty understanding English, which made it difficult to communicate with them. To make matters worse, my auction was held on a Saturday and the online bidding had major problems. Despite my numerous complaints, I was given five different excuses and was told that there was no supervisor or manager on duty on Saturday.

When I finally received a call back from Invaluable.com, it was from an international phone number. This was extremely frustrating and confusing for me. My auction was a live audience as well as an online auction, and I had to cancel the auction, send everyone home, and lost thousands of dollars worth of sales.

I want to make it clear that I am not a scam auctioneer. I was just as screwed as the bidders were. I strongly advise against using Invaluable.com for any auctions. The website is unreliable, the customer service is poor, and the platform is not user-friendly. Save yourself the trouble and find a different platform to hold your auctions.

Invalubale Invaluables.com: Buyer Beware - New Fees and Bid Parity Policy

I have been using Invaluables for quite some time now and I must say that I was quite satisfied with their services until today. As someone who frequently bids at auction houses through Invaluables, I was aware that I would have to pay an increased premium. However, things have changed now. Invaluables has recently introduced BID PARITY, which means that the premium you pay is the same as what you would pay if you were physically present at the auction house. While this was acceptable, I was in for a rude shock when I found out that Invaluables is now charging for accounts.

Yes, you heard that right! Invaluables.com is now charging for accounts. This means that buyers have to pay the bid price, the auction premium, and a fee to have an account. Today, I was asked to select an account type and to my dismay, all the choices included "pay for play"! As someone who has bid on their site numerous times, I find this move quite disappointing. Why should buyers have to pay for the privilege of bidding on their site? It seems like Invaluables.com is trying to make a quick buck at the expense of buyers.

As a result of these changes, the bid price can be doubled by the time Invaluables.com is finished with you. This is simply too expensive and I cannot recommend this site to anyone anymore. I urge every buyer and auctioneer to boycott Invaluables.com. It is just not worth paying all these fees. I have not seen liveauctioneers.com do this yet, but they would be wise to stay clear of charging for accounts for buyers.

Invalubale Disappointing Experience with Invaluable: Poor Customer Service and Shipping Costs

I recently had a disappointing experience with Invaluable, the online auction site. I placed a bid of $30.00 on lot 910 from the Freedom Auction Co. in Sarasota, Florida. I made the bid several hours before the lot came up for auction. However, when the lot sold for $30.00, I did not win! Invaluable only showed that I had bid $20.00, which was the opening bid amount. But my total bid was $30.00, and Invaluable did not show that my total bid when I made it was $30.00. They also did not auto-bid for me, as they have done in the past. I was watching the auction and saw that the lot sold for $30.00, but not to me.

I am very disappointed with Invaluable. I have spent a lot of money on their auctions, but they treat their customers poorly. If they can't handle a $30.00 bid properly, how can they be trusted with larger amounts? I will no longer do business with them and will stick to eBay. Shipping items from Invaluable auctions is also much more expensive than eBay. Invaluable often doubles the shipping costs, which is not fair to the buyer. eBay is much more upfront about their shipping costs and also auto-bids for you.

Overall, I would not recommend Invaluable to anyone. They are not trustworthy and do not treat their customers well. I hope they improve their service in the future, but until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Invaluable can suck a big one, and I will not be doing business with them again.

Invalubale Invaluable.com Review: Beware of Counterfeit Items and Lack of Support

I gotta say, my experience with Invaluable.com was not great. I thought I was buying a legit item, but turns out it was a fake. I mean, come on, how am I supposed to know the difference? But I did my research and found some solid proof that it was a counterfeit. So I reached out to Invaluable and showed them the evidence. And you know what they did? Nothing. They didn't even try to stop the auction house from selling more fake stuff. What kind of platform lets that happen?

I get it, they have their terms of service and all that, but when you let fraud go unchecked, you're just as guilty. I wouldn't trust Invaluable.com to sell me an authentic item if my life depended on it. And even if you can prove that you got ripped off, they won't do anything to help you out. They just tell you to deal with the auction house directly. Yeah, like that's gonna work. The same auction house that's happy to scam you? No thanks.

Luckily, I was able to dispute the charges with my credit card company and get my money back. But it shouldn't have to come to that. Invaluable needs to step up and take responsibility for the stuff they sell. Don't waste your time or money on this site.

Invalubale Buyer Beware: Invaluable.com's Seemingly Fair Bidding System Has Hidden Risks

Invaluable.com is an online auction platform that allows you to bid on a variety of items from the comfort of your own home. The process is simple: you enter your maximum bid and the bidding tool will only increase the bid by increments. However, don't be fooled by this seemingly fair system.

Unfortunately, there is a catch. Once you enter your maximum bid, you are at risk of shill bidding. This means that the bidding amount will be increased to just below your maximum bid, making your bid the next highest. This results in you paying more than you intended, and the seller and Invaluable.com profiting from your loss.

It's important to note that your maximum bid is not kept secret and is freely accessible to the seller and their shill bidders. This means that they can easily manipulate the bidding process to their advantage, leaving you with a hefty bill.

Invaluable.com may seem like a convenient way to bid on items, but it's important to be aware of the risks involved. If you do decide to use the platform, it's best to avoid entering a maximum bid and instead bid manually to avoid being taken advantage of.

Overall, Invaluable.com is not a trustworthy platform and should be approached with caution. Don't let their seemingly fair bidding system fool you - there are hidden risks that could result in a big loss.

Invalubale Buyer Beware: Invaluable Sells Fakes and Offers No Support

I've had three experiences buying art through Invaluable, and I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed. All three pieces turned out to be fakes, and it's been a real struggle to get any help from their support team. I've been writing to them for over five months now, and I still haven't received a response.

The thing is, Invaluable sells pieces under the name of the original artist, but they don't take any responsibility for the authenticity of the work. They hide behind their terms and conditions, and it's really frustrating. What's worse is that the auction houses they work with are still selling fakes, and Invaluable isn't doing anything to stop it.

I know not all the auction houses that use Invaluable are fraudulent, but there are a lot of them. If you do a quick Google search, you'll find hundreds of results on different pages and videos. It's really a shame, because it damages the credibility of the industry as a whole.

I would definitely recommend staying away from Invaluable if you're looking to buy an original piece. It's just not worth the risk. Attached are two examples of clear counterfeits that I was sold for thousands of dollars under the names of Christopher Wool and Toulouse Lautrec.

The auction houses that sold these fakes are 888 Auction, Black River Auction, and Art Atelier. It's really disappointing that Invaluable is protecting these auction houses from fraudulent auctions. They should be doing more to ensure that their customers are getting what they paid for.

Invalubale Poor Shipping Service from Invaluable/Worthington Galleries and Pony Mailbox in Galatin, TN

I won one of their on-line auctions on July 21, 2018. I paid for it by debit card on July 23. As of today, August 7, I still haven't received a billing invoice from their shipper, Pony Mailbox in Galatin, TN. I haven't even received the item itself yet. I've tried calling and emailing them, but I haven't gotten any positive results. All I've gotten are excuses that they have a large number of items to transport to the shipper in the same town. The shipper says they are doing the best they can to get invoices sent out and items shipped.

This is no way to run a business. If the local shipper can't handle the load themselves, then Invaluable, doing business through Worthington Galleries, should seek additional help from other nearby shippers to reduce the backlog. It's frustrating to pay for something and not receive it for weeks on end. I doubt I will be doing any business with Invaluable/Worthington Galleries in the future unless they finally streamline their shipping arrangements.

If I had known I would have to wait this long for an item that I paid for and still has not been shipped, I would have made the 10-hour drive out to Galatin TN, picked it up myself, and brought it home. I may do it yet if something doesn't happen pretty quick. It's just not fair to the customers who have paid for their items and are waiting for them to arrive. I hope they can get their act together soon and start providing better service to their customers.

Invalubale Beware of Counterfeit Art: A Review of Invaluable's Auction Platform

Invaluable is a website that offers a wide range of art pieces for auction. As an art lover, I have come across many talented artists like Cesar Buenaventura from the Philippines. However, it is unfortunate that some auction houses and galleries have been running scams for decades. These scams involve the creation and sale of counterfeit art pieces of Cesar Buenaventura, which are passed off as real. These auction houses and galleries control the price and supply of these fake art pieces, which is a great disservice to the artist's legacy.

Recently, a market scene was auctioned for 93% above the mid-estimated price, which was dated 1983, the year the artist passed away. However, Reed Antiquers Verybred's comment on the authenticity of the painting raises some concerns. While there are similarities between the painting and Cesar Buenaventura's style, there are also enough differences to cause some pause. The signatures on the painting also have some differences, which further raises doubts about its authenticity.

It is disheartening to think that people have paid a lot of money for what they believed to be real paintings by Cesar Buenaventura, only to find out that they were fake. One reviewer even expressed their frustration at having paid $400 for a painting 40 years ago, which has not appreciated in value. It is a shame that some people would take advantage of the art market in this way, and it is important for buyers to be cautious and do their research before making any purchases.

In conclusion, Invaluable is a great platform for art enthusiasts to find unique and valuable pieces. However, it is important to be aware of the possibility of scams and counterfeit art pieces. As Reed Antiquers Verybred's comment shows, even experts can have doubts about the authenticity of certain pieces. It is up to buyers to be vigilant and ensure that they are getting what they pay for.

Invalubale Buyer Beware: My Bad Experience with Garth's Auction on Artfact.com

I had a bad experience with Artfact.com, specifically with Garth's Auction in Ohio. I purchased three Native American clay pipes during an antique auction, but unfortunately, they turned out to be brand new. The description was brief, so I assumed they were antique. I had an expert look at them, and he confirmed that they were new. When I asked Garth's to cancel the sale, they refused and gave me a "non-paying bidder" strike. This has caused me problems with other auction houses, as they see this strike as a red flag. It's frustrating because other auction houses agree with Garth's, even though they were in the wrong.

The issue with auction houses not taking responsibility for what they sell is a huge problem, especially with the rise of internet bidding. It's a minefield out there, and buyers need to be cautious, even when buying in person. The only way to be safe is to trust the auction house to be accurate or take the item back. Unfortunately, some auction houses purposely post scanty photos and descriptions, so they can't be held responsible. This is unprofessional and shady.

Garth's is to blame for not being upfront about the pipes being new, and Artfact is to blame for hosting unethical businesses. As a victim, I am being hurt, and it's frustrating that no one will take care of me, even when they are wrong. If you use any of these "live" auctions, be extremely careful. No one will have your back.
