I've been trying to verify my identity to change my phone number with them for over 3 weeks now. I can't access my money and this is ridiculous it's been escalated to the highest team 5 times and nothing. I've submitted my unexpired license with very clear pictures and my live selfie with it over 50 times now with over 38 cases open over 3 weeks and I keep getting sent in circles it says my identification document is processed on my side but they keep saying a problem with the upload and sendkng me a new link over 50 times now and nothing else is being done I've called, chatted, emailed talked to supervisors, escalated teams and I'm sent in circles the issue is so obviously on their side and they said there is no other way to verify my identity I ne3d my money in my account this is bs
