John was the rep for H&F Exteriors who came out to check the hail damage on our roof. My husband and I could not have asked for more in a rep. From his first time out to look at the roof until he met with the claim adjuster, John explained everything to us step by step. A date hasn't been set yet to do the work but once it's completed I'll let you know how my roof looks. My thanks to H & F Exteriors and to John.

Great experience with H&F Exteriors. Needed a roof inspection on short notice for an older house we were purchasing. Juan was able to schedule the inspection within a few days and got back to me with results immediately. The roof was recently replaced and Juan confirmed that the job was done properly. Huge help to get this done quickly, and I appreciated not being "upsold" any work that I didn't actually need. Would recommend H&F and will use them again when the need arises.

Great company I highly recommend for your siding and home repairs! I cannot say enough about H&F Exteriors! She took care of everything from start to finish. Everything went smooth and we are very happy with our new siding. We also had two new steel doors installed and this man that put them in was meticulous. I would recommend requesting H&F Exteriors. She dealt with our insurance and was so good in going over all the details we needed to know. No unexpected surprises. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

H&F exteriors replaced my asphalt shingle roof recently and I was 100% satisfied with their work. They are very professional and work in a timely manner. Tom Smith was my project manager and he did an awesome job on communicating with me throughout the process. Everything he promised was delivered. The crew were hardworking and efficient. They finished my roof in one day and did a great job cleaning afterwards. They even sent someone to come back to check after 2 days to ensure the quality of their work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

H&F replaced the roof and siding on my house, and my experience could not have been better! First of all, my roof was damaged by hail, and John, my project manager, made sure every bit of the damage was covered by my insurance. He was very proactive and professional. I also decided to replace the siding on my house, and John was great during that process as well. Between John and Sarah (in the office) they communicated with me, updating me on product delivery and timing, and were always available. The work crews were efficient, pleasant, and cleaned up everything after the job was done. Boy, do they work hard! John and the team made the whole process THE BEST it could have been. Do not hesitate to have this company do work for and ask for John!

H&F Exteriors replaced our hail damaged roof. Phil and Pete were great to work with. They helped us with an issue with our insurance company. They pushed on until the issue was resolved in our favor. The crew showed up on time and did a great job! They finished on time and did a great cleanup. The project manager made several trips to our home and provided photos throughout the process. They explained all aspects of the job and answered any questions we had. They were very responsive when we contacted them with any concerns. Everyone was very professional. They also put new siding on our neighbors house (right behind us) and we watched that process. Our house and our neighbors' house both look great. I highly recommend them! Thanks H&F! Very pleased. Always on-time for appointments during Pre-Sales, job and post sales meetings. Sales consultant was very helpful in working with our insurance adjuster not only via phone calls but meeting the adjuster to at our home to walk through what he had observed. Our consultant kept in touch multiple times a week leading up to the scheduled date to keep us apprised of product procurement, insurance discussions and scheduling. The crew showed the day of the job up on time and was able to not only do the tear down but complete the replacement the same day (roughly 3000 sq ft.). The supervisor made multiple visits throughout the day to view progress and quality. I received photos every two hours of the progress. The crew did a good job of clean-up with no residual damage to landscaping. Very good job and top rate customer service.

What a great experience it was to have H & F exteriors replace the roof and gutters on my Mothers house. The sales representative who came out to the house to give us a bid was so knowledgeable and helpful to explain every detail of the process of how their company would do the job was so professional. My Mom is 89 and he made her so comfortable about all the details she understood everything he told her. Great job on the sales representative, what a pleasure to invite someone into your home and make you feel comfortable with no pressure, she was very thankful. Now to the crew outstanding!, On time worked all day in the heat, Wow they never missed a beat. Great job, the clean up crew did a very good job also. In a day are so the young man came back with the magnet machine and got any nails or screws that might have been left over. H & F exteriors did everything they said they would do and over and above.
