TrimASeal did a excellent job installing our Sunsetter Awning. They where on time and installed awning in short time. They went over complete operations and if needed any adjustments we could make if needed.

Every aspect of the sale was great. Starting with the salesman through the installers they were all very friendly and helpful. We had a small problem with the color of the fabric and it was taken care of very quickly and professionally.

Installers were knowledgeable and professional. We had some concerns on placement but they took the time to explain everything to us and even reassured us if we didn’t like placement, they would move. They were dead in with their recommendation and we couldn’t be happier!

After years of worrying about potential injury do to cleaning gutters, I finally turned to the professionals and called Trim-A-Seal to have Gutter Helmet installed. The whole process was simple and affordable. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

The ordering process was great. The salesperson came over, did a detailed presentation on options. Only issue was the time it took to get the awning from Sunsetter, since the had quite a backlog of orders this summer. Installation was done quick and the site was clean when they left. Went over the operation of the awning, and it looks great!

What a game changer, I got rid of the old linoleum floor in my a laundry room. The new sealed textured floor that Trim-A-Seal installed is fantastic! It's easy to maintain and looks great. I've never been happier about a remodeling decision, installation was completed in a few hours with no mess to the rest of the house and no inconvenience to my family.

The whole process of dealing with this company was superb! Actually they raised the standard at which I expect now from other companies with similar services. From the initial phone call to the sales process, and even the installation! I'm so excited and secure with my Sunsetter investment! Super clean and expedited installation and thoroughly explained.

The order/installation process couldn't have been easier. Every facet of the awning was discussed and any questions we had were answered fully. The install went quickly and we were shown the operation of the awning by the crew. So far the awning has worked flawlessly and our home is more comfortable because of it. We bought our Sunsetter awning through Trim a Seal and really liked the install quality. The guys were prompt and neat. Since it is January, I haven’t used the product yet, but it looks attractive! Our only issue was it took 5 months to arrive and even though the product delay was due to Covid, trim-a-seal could have contacted us every month or so past the Fall due date to let us know the order status.

We had Trim A Seal come out to our home to apply their high end coating to our garage floor. I am in the industrial coating business and I am very familiar with the product they applied. I have used just about everything on the market as an architectural sign painter for 31 years now. I will save all of you wasted time in looking elsewhere for a company to do your floors. The Penntek product is the best PERIOD... Don't be fooled by old school Epoxy coatings, they may look nice but will fail eventually. I could not be happier with the job Trim A Seal did at our home, I am not impressed easily however our floor looks incredible and all my neighbors are jealous ! Trim A Seal was a pleasure to do business with, they did my son in laws garage as well and they love it...

I am completely delighted with my new Sunsetter awning! I have a large, lovely deck that is in full sun the entire day. Even with an outdoor rug on the deck it would be too hot to walk on it barefoot and it was so hot and uncomfortable that I just couldn't use this outdoor living space. After finding a coupon in a mailer, on a whim, I decided to call. My salesman, Michael Pate, was wonderful and knowledgeable. I placed my order right at the start of the COVID-19 shutdown in the state of Michigan in mid-March so it took a little longer than anticipated for the awning to arrive. The team that completed the installation on June 5 was great and abided by social distancing requirements. They went through how to operate everything and answered the few questions I had. I cannot believe what a difference it makes keeping my living room cooler when I open my awning every morning. I am finally able to use and enjoy my outside living space! Thank you for the great product and service. I highly recommend Trim-A-Seal and the ***.

I contracted with Trim A Seal for siding and they did a fine job. However, the work crew trashed my property. I clearly had a flower bed with annual bushes. I came home from work during the job to discover debris piled window high on top of my flowerbed. I spoke to the owner who assured me that he would replace anything that did not grow in, as this was in February. As the snow melted, it seems as though the work crew left a thousand cigarette butts strewn throughout my property. Next, I discover a huge gapping hole where my fence post was removed and simply sat back in the hole. I was not told that it would be removed, nor did they place it back properly. Then my lawn company brought a handful of nails to my door and told me that more were populated throughout my lawn. I was informed that I would be charged for any tires on their equipment that suffers any damage due to the excessive amount of nails in the yard. The company should have used a magnetic roller to collect the nails, they did not. I again contacted the owner who asked that I send pictures, which I did. He provided his personal phone number and I felt assured that he would follow up. BOY WAS I WRONG! A month later and no follow up. I texted him with no reply. As I am unable physically, I was forced to hire someone to pick up the cigarette butts and nails. Now I have to get someone to replace my fence post. I don't know if it's because I live in Gary that Trim A Seal feels like they can trash someone's property and not even respond to their complaints. If I had known that Trim A Seal would be so callous, I would have hired someone else.

This fall, Trim-A-Seal put up a Sunsetter awning on the back of our house. A few weeks later, I went up on the roof to clean out my gutters. I was bummed out to see that Mr. Howard W's crew had jammed the power cord of the awning into my gutter. While I was up there, a bunch of junk got stuck behind the cord (which was still plugged in and live), and it ended up causing a little damage when it got squished against a gutter bracket. I sent a bunch of emails to Howard W, but he never bothered to respond. So, I had no choice but to take action. I've never complained about a business before, but the sloppy work and lack of care from Howard W made me write this message. Thanks.
