INTEC College review: Issuing of my national diploma 1

I started by studying toward a Higher Certificate in Paralegal Studies, in Durban KZN, which was completed by the year 2020. I then reached out to a student advisor to better my qualifications and she advised me that I could complete 3 modules and I would get my National Diploma in Paralegal, NQF 6. I was very happy and I asked for reassurance, which she had provided me with. All of this is via email. I had completed these modules and after trying to get through them to check if I had passed I was then issued with my statement of results. My statement of results was only given to me in 2022 when I had completed everything by March 2021. I then went on calling and emailing for my certificate and I was hung up on and ignored on countless attempts. Finally, in November 2023 an advisor reached out to me and tried to get me my certificate, I filled in the form to request the award, and I was told that they needed to investigate this and it would be issued to me, I have all this on email as well. It is now January 2024 and this advisor has been ghosting me and ignoring my emails. I am very frustrated and I feel this is unfair as I have been patient for way too long, please help me get this resolved.
