Instacart review: Instacart treats their shoppers terribly.

I shopped for Instacart as a side hustle for over 5 years. I enjoyed forming relationships with the customers who ordered over and over. I met some amazing people. The problem is instacart sends shoppers to houses that are off Internet grid. Some places literally like 10 miles outside tower reach. They lose contact of their drivers when this happens and the drivers have no way of finalizing the order on the app until internet appears again as they drive back towards town. Anytime this happened, I pulled over and called customer service to finalize the order as soon as I could. I always asked the operator, “am I doing the right thing?” Everytime, “ you aren’t only doing the right thing, you’re doing the only thing possible!” No problem, right? Except instacarts ( trust and safety team) terminate me after 5 years because they say I’m stealing time and miles. Hahaha. Like I drive down a potholed dirt road made for a horse and buggy, in the middle of the woods, so I can (trick) instacart. What a joke. There was no internet access. They can’t track where I am. I can’t contact them. That is there fault, not mine. I’m delivering everything perfectly. My rating was 5 out of 5 stars. Not even 4.9. I put frozen items away for elderly customers. I knew names. Instacart should not be trusted if you shop for them. They are fraudulent.
