An Inogen concentrator registered "hot" and would not operate in early April 2026. Inogen sent a rebuilt replacement. I proceeded to use the replacement unit and traveled to Ireland on April 17, two weeks after the replacement. On April 20, 2026 the replacement Inogen ONE G4 quit operating with a "hot" signal. attempted filter cleaning and battery change didn't resolve the shut down because of the "Hot" issue. The oxygen concentrator is need to fly as commercial airline oxygen in the cabin is the equvilanr of being at 8000 ft altitude. I incurred a $395.28 bill to have the replacement Inogen unit sent to Ireland. Inogen in the US has no agreement with the Ireland distributor to replace the unit. Inogen refuses to reimburse me for the overnight shipment bill of $395.28. Reimbursement is necessary as Inogen claims to be a global company and is now sending our rebuilt replacements that are unreliable. Inogen users rely on concentrators for living. It isn't a casual or luxury itemm.
Claimed loss: Overnight shipment cost of $395.28 for a replacement concentrator required due to faulty original replacement and no customer service in Europe--Ireland.
Desired outcome: Pay me $395.28 for overnight shipment to Ireland.
