Inogen review: 2 months and still waiting for machine to arrive to my father

My father has pulmonary fibroses. Dr. ordered inogen machine for him 2 months ago. One excuse after another for it not being shipped. Then 7 days ago was told it was shipped and to not leave his house for 5-7 days as it was being delivered. Never showed up. My father called sales rep asking where it was. He said there was a "complication" and it wasn't shipped. Unacceptable and now he is suffering because he needs oxygen! So sad he is 78 years old and has been through so much with this company trying to get what he needs. Extremely disappointed!
