I purchased a product on 6/14
I purchased a product on 6/14. I paid for 3 day ($50) shipping and I expected to receive my product within that timeframe. However, I received my product 8 days later instead. I have attempted to contact customer service via email, but I have not received any response. Additionally, I have tried calling customer service, but I have not been able to reach anyone. My purchase amounted to over $500, and the payment has already been deducted from my account. Despite this, I have not received the product I ordered, and I have been unsuccessful in getting any of my messages addressed.

Purchased the BD Veritor SARS-Cov-2 Rapid Detection Kits for use at our educational facility. One month after receiving we realized they were due to expire in 4 days. Because we had a previous supply that we were using (which we then realized had expired approximately 2 months earlier), we hadn't even begun to use the most current shipment. They would not take these back nor give us a refund. My biggest complaint is that nowhere on their website does it state that these kits have a very short shelf life. If they had we wouldn't have ordered as many at one time. This is something that needs to be corrected so that organizations aren't stuck with very expensive kits that are useless.
