They are a great company to work with. They set up my Dads equipment and later when there was an issue, their technician, Damien was great. He fixed the problem quickly.

Our doctor ordered this wheelchair for my wife knowing it would benefit her during her long rehab journey ahead, and he was right! This chair is VERY well built, fits her perfectly, and is extremely easy to tear down for any type of transportation - wow, we love it!

Everyone with this company that I dealt with was really nice and seemed to care about me. They were very helpful. The guy that delivered my chair was very kind and didn't leave until he knew I had a good idea how to use my chair. Thank you so much for being there when I needed you.

Rehab Medical - *** has been awesome to arrange and deliver a specialized wheelchair for my mother. All of the staff has been very professional, friendly, and helpful. There was fantastic service after the sale as well, sending a technician out if there were any adjustments required. Definitely would recommend highly to others!

If you wanted treated well don't use them. If you are over weight don't use them. My chair was not right from the beginning. The first person did his best and I was happy. But trying to get the chair right never happened. Now I am stuck with a chair that is trash. Insurance paid alot of money. If they knew they could not get me the right safe chair they should have said we can't do it. The last two people that cane out need a class in compassion.

We were so excited to receive the wheelchair for my father but service from this company is very poor. Every repair, fix, or special order takes weeks -- weeks that my father doesn't have a wheelchair and is confined to his apartment. Each time you call, the customer service representatives instill confidence that they are working on your issue. However, days are added onto every repair which eventually leads to weeks. This would be fine if it was a dishwasher repair. But their delays steal quality of life from the elderly and those dependent on a wheelchair.

Takes advantage of old people. My stepmom with Alzheimer's had a wheelchair that the cushion was slipping down. $2500 for a new wheelchair later... My dad fell on his and slightly bend the bar to the wheel brake. A simple adjustment would fix it. I get a call that they were replacing his wheelchair with a $3000 chair! When I told him he hit the ceiling. They made it sound like it was free to him. Any other wheelchair company has all the prices for the chairs online. Not this company. Not a single price because they know they are WAY overpriced because they are nothing more than an insurance scam. Do not buy from these people!

We received a wheelchair from Rehab Medical for my disabled girlfriend, and it's been great. However, that's where the great stops. We have repeatedly reached out since December to try and get another foot rest now that my girlfriend has her prosthesis. We have not heard anything but "I don't know why you're still waiting" in months, and now, phone calls aren't even being returned. I am about to look into working with an entirely different company based on this. A pleasant experience has quickly soured. I have had to pay out of pocket to replace failing armrest cushions because we simply cannot reach someone at Rehab Medical that is willing to help.

Everyone at Rehab Medical have been very helpful and friendly, staying in close touch until the process was completed. My request for an electric scooter was sent to the wrong place. Once I was able to find the correct company, *** in Rehab customer service set up an account for me and told me the steps to take from there. She also contacted *** (the field contact) with my information and he took over the process from there. I was able to contact him at any time if I had any questions. He set up the rehab therapy location then met me at *** PT to serve as a support person. I would recommend Rehab highly if given the opportunity to make a company choice.

wheelchair quoted price $2500.00 Paid ***. then billed additional charge $140.00 no satisfactory as to what chair that was for. not paid now past due. I have tried numerous times to get this resolved. either have been put on hold and then disc. or been told different things by them. I DON'T WON'T MY CREDIT RUINED BY A DISHONEST COMPANY.

I received an air mattress that I was billed each month from January through September , $107.55. I was only supposed to be billed $4.50 +/- each month. Consequently, Rehab Medical received payment from my insurances and me. They owe me more than $800 and I've been trying to get my refund since October. Now they won't even return my phone calls

After months of power chair for rehab with no billing statement, now want 1533.76 or pick up chair. Medicare and supplemental insurance already paid almost 8000.00 dollar and my invoice shows chair value of 956.84 dollars. I have all the paperwork and they are going to come get chair and probably turn over to credit bureau.we pay out bills and they have been paid 8 times what it's worth already. Just not right to Medicare or us.

I was seen at Pt solutions on peach orchard road in *** on May 14 to be approved for a electric wheelchair. At that consultation was a representative from rehab medical. I was approved and told it would take up to 4 weeks to receive the chair. I have contacted my provider ***, my university hospital primary care Dr E *** and Mr *** of rehab medical. To date my provider has no record of a request for a wheelchair. I have made several attempts to resolve this issue, buy have been unable to get any answers.

Tyler and Adam *** came out to measure my 87 year old mother for a wheelchair in the fall of 2020 due to my mother needing one as she had a stroke. They were both very kind and helpful. I signed paperwork for release of Dr records from UofM Hospital to get the ball rolling and after considerable time Adam did get 146 pages emailed to him. Tyler kept me updated twice via texting and then appeared to ghost me ever since. I called the company and they were very kind and helpful and I was told I would get a call back from Adam the following day. Well, no one ever called. I called back a couple times since and they were very helpful and kind, but still nothing. It's now February . Is this company legit? Are they scamming for Medicare fraud? I feel a bit worried as they received my mother's medical records. It's just a regular wheelchair, should it take this long?

On Feb 28th I had a stroke ,came home and had 1 after that. It was getting harder And harder trying to walk to go to the doctors offices. *** from Caretenders called Rehab Medical and a sales *** came out and had a doctor to talk to me on the phone. I had never seen her. I told them I needed a device to get me in and out of doctors offices and to do some shopping. I was expecting a scooter type device that would be easy for me to haul to different places. We see older people using them all the time. This was all new to me and I thought someone would come here and help me with my needs .I think because I Have never had any experience in things like this they took advantage of me and sold something I cannot use much.I talked to *** .She kept telling me I needed a Mobility Scooter for my needs I am new to all this and after doing much research ,I came to the conclusion she is right, IF I was in wheel chair all the time the one they got for me would be.

I ordered a wheelchair thru Humana Insurance and Medicare around February 18th,2020. Humana ordered it thru Rehab Medical in Indianapolis. I was to pay a percentage. Rehab medical said I was to pay $463.00. I told them I did not have that kind of money and I could I make payments and they agreed. When my change account bill came out, they had taken out the total amount of $463.00. This cost 19.24%interest on top of the amount they charged. A few months later I received a run down of charges from Humana and there was a $60.00 per month fee on it. When I asked what it was for I was told it was Rehab Medicals charge. I told about what they charged me and how they took it all at once. Humana said my part was only $114.57. Humana said they would call Rehab Medical and inform them but that was all they could do. I called several times,but they would not talk to me or return my calls. I need at least $348.43, returned to me. My wheelchair was delivered on February 20,2020. It was great except the seat back which I reported to Rehab Medical. After a couple months Rehab medical said they could not fix it and would bring me a new wheelchair. I agreed. This new wheelchair started out in the beginning making a noise and juggling some and would stop some time, but then would start again most of the time. Then the stitches in the seat started busting so the stuffing was showing and starting to come out. The repair man said the stitching appeared to be rotten. I had called Rehab Medical before, but then my wheelchair quit working and i was alone and could not get to the bathroom or get anything to eat. They took my information but did nothing. I told them it was an emergency for two days. I called after about a week, they called, and they would send someone out. About another week someone came out. The repair man said the batteries were not holding a charge and that he never seen a seat do this. He would order both. A month later 2 batteries came, then 2 more batteries came, (no seat). Then a different repair man came and put 2 batteries in and said he would return the other 2 batteries. He checked out the wheelchair and fixed the arms which were put on wrong and said the seat needed replaced,which included the whole chair section. He said it should not be making the noise and jiggling and would come back and fix it when the chair came in. Next, I got a phone call from Rehab medical saying it was all my responsibility and I had to pay for every cent, because I was renting it and I had to pay for wear and tear and after one year maybe my insurance would pay for it and to wait until then. I did not cause any of the damage and my insurance and I bought the wheelchair. The chair is under warranty for at least a year. So it should be replaced by Rehab Medical
