Be aware of this scam company! I've spent over 75k in 3 years with them. I bought 3 machines from them. No issues with the first one. The second (25k) broke after 2 months and we had to pay an extra 8k to repair it... through them, of course. I told them to bring it back and managed to repair it for 4k elsewhere. And those liars from *** told me they only charge 8k for labor... what scammers. Especially *** the owner - I mostly talked to him. The last machine *** (37k) broke down a week after the warranty, 5 weeks after we bought it. They said they can repair it *** ONLY for 8k! The machine they brought back was in a condition I can't describe. ***. *** was scratched. *** - the owner - didn't care. He said that's how he received it. We didn't have proof that it was different, so we couldn't *** them. Now, after 2 months, we finally started using the 2940 handpiece from *** (we haven't tried it before) and what a surprise! It's not working! We had a trainer come to train the staff, and there was nothing to train on... I contacted *** with several messages and calls. He didn't even bother to respond."
