I hired Infront Roofing on Oct. 20th, 2020 and paid them $2992.16. Repairs started on Oct. 30th, 2020. Workers showed up and started working before 7am while we were still sleeping. They gave no notice they were here or when they were to be here. The roof was completed in 9 hours. Infront hired workers to do the inside ceiling, which we were not satisfied with. These inside workers stood on our buffet, used our vacuum cleaner, and our ladders and step stool. They did not come prepared to do the job. I called KiKi, one of the managers, and told her what was going on. I told her we did not want them to come back to our house again, but she told me I did not have a choice. It took them 3 more times of coming to our house to make it look better. They sent us a bill for the remainder of the balance. I then called Infront for an itemized statement. I was told they would get that to us soon. I have called them 3 more times to get the itemized statement, and we still have not received it to this day. Zack F called me, and I told him what the workers had done to the buffet and the other items I listed above. I told him we deserved some compensation because we had to get a new vacuum cleaner. He then said basically we wanted to keep some of the money we owed them. I will never recommend them to anyone.

My house got a new roof on *** and the final bill was dated ***. On ***, I noticed some damage to the roof and found out that the shingles were not installed correctly. The roofers didn't nail the shingles through the "nailing strip" ( "high nailed"), and as a result, the shingles started coming apart and sliding down the roof. I called InFront on *** and they said that our warranty had expired. I told them that the incorrect installation was a problem from DAY 1, but I couldn't know until the problem showed up. They finally agreed to look at the problem. On ***, Alex *** checked the roof and agreed that the roofers didn't nail the shingles properly. He called the job "a joke." When I asked about InFront's failure to supervise the work, *** said that InFront had no documentation (like pictures) of the work in progress as they usually do. On ***, I emailed *** about water damage to our ceiling and asked about a temporary fix, but I didn't get a response. I didn't hear anything else until I called *** on *** and asked about the progress of the complaint. He said he would call me back. On ***, *** called and said they would come back the following week *** to fix the damage and check the whole roof. He also said they would stop by on Sunday, *** to see what materials they would need. As of ***, InFront hasn't shown up or contacted me in any way. To prevent further water damage inside, I had to have a third party fix the outside damage. I've now found out that the shingles were not only "high nailed" but also lacked nails within as much as 15 1/2" from the shingle ends. Because InFront didn't install the shingles as per the manufacturer's instructions - a violation of building codes and State Law - the manufacturer's lifetime warranty is now void.
