Very worst experience. Flight got delayed. They arranged for an alternate flight that was departing 4 hours later. While waiting for the alternate flight, it again got delayed for another 2 hours. Am I supposed to stay and live in airport?

Airline staff at the boarding counter never bothered to respond. Despite me asking questions she never bothered to respond properly.

Recommendation: Please don't choose Indigo
