If you want startup to not get in trouble avoid this company. I have experienced 7 point of contacts not answering the call for weeks at a time just because we have requested refund. And missing GST compliance. As a startup founder, be cautious when considering IndiaFilings.com. While they may seem cost-effective initially, their lack of thoroughness can lead to significant issues. They do not check the availability of your startup name thoroughly, resulting in multiple rejections and additional costs.

Their processes are poorly managed, especially when it comes to handling changes in accountants. This can lead to missed compliance deadlines and penalties, which I experienced firsthand. Communication is a major problem; it can take months to schedule an engagement call. My account manager did not inform me of her leaves for 4 weeks at atime if not her responsibility its atleast indiafilings responsibility too, nor did the accountant, leaving me to escalate issues to higher management constantly.

Their customer care is virtually non-existent. Calls go unanswered, and email replies are rare, even when tickets are created.
