IndiaFilings review: Fraud and pathetic service

Very pathetic service, the team is pretty irresponsible and dont know the client management first
I had applied for the Partnership firm and gst which was said to be completed within 1 week to 2 weeks was the TAT which they specified upon.
They followup so much to get onboarded
Once you onboard they vanish completely,
its almost 3 months now im struggling to contact them for an update, which they just neglect or dont give a damn,
the team consisted of 5-6 people
1. oves sheik - Account manager (puppet with a prerecorded answer for every call)
2. MOHAMED EHYA S - Advisor (Name sake who doesn't answer calls)
3. S.VIGNESH - Business registration expert (So called expert he is the one big fraud who shouts on clients if we ask for the update and never bothers to answer calls)
4. RAMRAJ P - ( Vignesh manager who just play passing the parcel on to vignesh and from vignesh to ramraj)
5. SRIPATHY V - ( General manager who is in visible from day 1 and not a single calls he answers nor reply for messages ( so called escalation matrix L2 )

Very pathetic experience, would suggest not to hire these goons to get the work done ( actually work wont be done at all by these people)
