We had Improovy paint our famly room and a bedroom. We got our quote very quickly by sending them photos of our rooms. Andre was helpful and the estimate was accurate, except that we discovered that there was more extensive water damage to our wall and ceiling than we realized, requiring some extra work. This increased the cost to account for the replastering (and they did a great job), but we felt the amount was quite reasonable for the amount of time and work involved. Juan and his crew were hardworking, courteous and obviously eager to do a good job. He was a nice guy and very easy to talk to. They took photos when they started so that everything—furniture, lamps, and everything hanging on the walls—was put back exactly as it was before they started, saving us a lot of work. They cleaned up immaculately. Juan and the others worked long hours to complete the job in a timely fashion. They asked our permission to stay after dinner to finish. We were contacted afterwards to see if everything was done to our satisfaction. In the daylight, we were able to notice a few small things that needed touching up. They came back and fixed them promptly and without objection. All in all, the painting was a pretty painless experience on our part, not the major hassle we’d been dreading.
