Illuminating Home Inspections did a detailed and complete inspection. We purchased a new house and they did not find any major problems. But they found many small problems that the builders missed. Some would have let to major problems if left unattended. His written report was detailed and full of pictures to illustrate the problems. Would use him again if needed.

Eric was great! He helped explain everything and did an amazing job. Eric Found things I would have never thought to look at and then when our house was supposed to be done and ready for inspection (it wasn't) he came back a second time to check everything they hadn't had done.
