Let me start by saying that this company's claim about offering a discount for prior insurance is quite misleading. Even if you had insurance with them or not, it doesn't make a difference to them as they will somehow manage to avoid giving you any discount. To put it simply, dealing with this company can be quite an experience.

The agency charged my account with a transaction fee of over $10 because they tried to auto pay my *** without my authorization using the card information they had on file from a previous payment. When I questioned why they attempted to use this card without my permission, the representative explained that it was the card they had on record for me. I then asked the representative who gave them the authority to keep my card information, as I have never given them permission to store my card details due to my preference for using my bank's *** pay service instead. I requested to speak with someone who could look into this practice by the agency, but I was informed that the company does not offer such a service. Instead of arguing with the representative, I have decided to file a complaint against the company and have an independent agency investigate their questionable practices. Thank you.

I had a really unprofessional experience with this company. I purchased an online policy from them and paid the full amount upfront. However, I didn't receive my receipt immediately. Eventually, I received an email asking me to sign some documents electronically, which I promptly did. But then, I received another email stating that they actually needed my physical signature. I was frustrated and confused as to why this wasn't mentioned earlier, or why they didn't just mail me a copy to sign. Especially considering the current virus situation, it seemed unnecessary to require people to come into the office to sign documents.

I decided to cancel the policy and requested a refund. Unfortunately, I was informed that they are legally allowed to hold onto my money for 30 days before issuing a refund check. It's frustrating because it only took them a few seconds to take the money out of my account initially. In contrast, my previous insurance company never made me go through such hoops just to get my own money back.
