United Heritage Life Insurance Company

I had a bad experience with United Heritage Life Insurance Company. I got hurt and couldn't work, so I applied for long term disability insurance. They paid me some money, but then said they gave me too much and took some back without telling me. I had to pay them back $100 a month. The person in charge of my case, ***, was really mean and didn't care about my situation. I got a new person, ***, who was nice and professional. But when I needed some records for my case, they wouldn't give them to me or my lawyer. I even wrote to the boss, but they still wouldn't give me what I needed. Then they said I owed them even more money because they made another mistake. I told them I could pay them if they gave me the records, but they still said no. It's been over two years and I still don't have what I need to settle my case. It's been really hard for me.
