Il Makiage has sent me THREE auto shipments that I have requested to be canceled. I have paid over $100 for auto shipments I thought were canceled and/or unsubscribed. My payment method is PayPal, and when I go the link for IL Makiage and request cancellation, NOTHING is DONE! When I access my account on the IL Makiage website it shows I have no orders, no auto shipments, no subscriptions, and yet, they are charging and sending me product every 4 months! They don’t even have the common decency to send me a reminder that I have an upcoming auto shipment. Make it stop!

Claimed loss: $114 from shipments sent after numerous requests to cancel my account!

Desired outcome: I want these auto shipments to stop, Immediately and I want the last 2 orders they have sent refunded, as I have sent them message after message asking them to STOP!!
