Il Makiage review: The company as a whole.
Order products a long time ago. Did not work for me so I returned. Tried several times to cancel my account but have never been able to reach anyone via phone, email or text. Ended up having to cancel the whole card I used and specifically blocked the company on my newly issued card. This worked for several months. In Dec 2025, the company used another card that I had not authorized to charge and send products that I do not want.
Claimed loss: $85.74
Desired outcome: Cancel my subscription and my entire account. Remove all of my data from the company's website. Cease receiving any and all communication from this Company.
