I don't recommend this company. I was sent a trial, which did not match my skin. I was charged on 11-12-25 for $6.31. I notified il makiage to send me a return label. An email was sent to me stating no return was necessary. I again ask for a return label. On 12-06-25 a charge of $80.04 on my credit card. I have tried to call customer service, with no luck. I do not want a monthly makeup subscription. I will be filing a complaint with better business bureau.

Claimed loss: $81.32

Desired outcome: I did not sign up for a monthly subscription. I would like a refund of $81.32or they could send a return label.
