Il Makiage review: I want my money refunded immediately

The company has built me an auto-replenishment charge less than 2 weeks after the original order was placed. The original order was placed on 01/14/25. As of today 02/04/25, the company charged my card a fee of $65.66 to replenish my supply. I'm more than sure I did not request auto-replenish because I do not wear makeup frequently enough, definitely not be receiving the product 2 weeks later. The representative from the company explained the auto-ship is 2,3, or 4 months. I explained it's only been 2 weeks and I did not request. The company is refusing to return my money.
