To Whom it May Concern,
Every time you promise me a discount, you never follow through. Recently, I filled out a review and was promised a discount. I wanted to order my foundation so I waited...to no avail. Christian Dior might be a little more expensive but they always deliver. I am very disappointed in your company. Sincerely, Helaine Tecks

Claimed loss: DISCOUNTS

Desired outcome: I would like to order my foundation and receive $15 off as well as free shipping.
