Their streaming services are terrible. When you go to a good well known radio station to hear it online, you open the player and then when it plays, the stream audio player comes up saying out of the blue, Sorry, This Stream Is Not Available after 1 minute of play back. I think they need to get the IT engineers to check their streaming software, and radio stations streaming encoders. I like other streaming sources, but this service is very bad, and unorganized. And very buggy. Avoid if you want to hear the radio stations. They might put bugs in your computer!

Ad heaven can't stand it. I remember when radio had like 3 ads in half an hour 5 min every half hour talk radio KGO in San Francisco. TV is just as bad now and also YouTube throwing this ads stuff in your face.

How can I stop these annoying ads from popping up when I am listing to a local channel? Never fails that when I am listening live to a local station, the SAME annoying advertisement jumps in over and over and over! And it seems to be motion sensitive, but will happen even when I don't touch my device! And its excessive, like every 2-3min at times. I have tried deleting the app and other trouble shooting steps to no avail. HELP!

The iheart radio app has stopped playing podcasts on my iPhone since mid-March. I've tried re-booting the phone, deleted and reinstalled the app numerous times. Nothing fixed the issue. I want to hear shows from WISN out of Milwaukee. They should go back to loading the content back onto the Podcasts app. It's far superior.

Agree with the above: Uber buggy and annoying. On my new Android it will start out fine and then go into annoying chop...ped u...p mo...de where it breaks down into unintelligible jitter-chatter. Another fun habit it has is randomly turning the volume down to zero, making you think you broke lock with the data stream. I like to play it through my garage stereo and when I go to turn up the phone volume, I get some stupid warning about injuring my hearing due to loud volumes. I don't live in California. I have enough common sense to decide what is safe and what is not. I don't need some stupid app erroneously telling me I am about to injure myself. One final problem is it will disappear on my pull down menu showing active apps. To regain control, I have to reboot the whole app.

Oh, and who came up with the stupid RECOMMENDED channels? I'll FIND my own channels but the damned app is constantly changing the home page with all kinds of stupid and bogus prompts to listen to hip-hop or rap music? All I want is talk radio and trying to stay on what I want is nearly impossible. One you accidentally trigger a station you don't want, it keeps popping back up out of the RECENT file.

Clearly, somebody wasted a huge amount of money creating a kaleidoscope app that has all these bells and whistles but is really fundamentally flawed and so user quirky that its a huge and unreliable app to use. It is EXTREMELY USER UNFRIENDLY. And they want to charge for this service now? Not with this level of quality. I suspect that their inability to generate profits off user fees is because the users hate the whole kaboodle.

How about getting you app working first by spending the bucks on the basic reliability and user interface rather than funding huge IHeart concert and award shows? Poor management meethinks...

My question is for the All my Jamz why do they play the same songs over and over. there is much music out that can be play yet I hear the same song over and over. I am listening from 10am until 4pm. The following song I hear many many times in that time frame to the point when the song start I just turn off the station. Rio James is a repetitive song, Bruno is another one. Tank coming on to much, there is aleast two others.

Everyone is slam-dunking this point: iheart radio is horrible. It has hijacked radio all across North America and is possibly the worst thing to happen to online listening in the history of the Internet.

iheart destroyed the only good music station we had in the West Palm beach area. They claim they are gearing towards the woman listener, yet we have other stations that play that Ga ga stuff and want our alternative rock back. Next they will kill off the Gator, which they also own. I am speaking for the female over 40 crowd and want them to know they genre bites the big one.

wow, the religious people need to shut up. Your ten commandments ONLY appy to you, and getting offended because the rest of us don't follow them and demanding an add be taken down, is ridiculous. Stop trying to force your beliefs on us. The ten commandments are jeudeo-christian-muslim religious doctrine, not reality or anyone else's doctrine. Plenty of people worship other Gods besides yours or no God at all, which is our choice (despite what you think, it IS our right and I personally will feel VERY offended if the add was taken down because you CLAIM it is offensive to your faith, when in REALITY that is not the case, it is YOU trying to force your religion upon everyone else, because not forcing your beliefs on others is actually what offends you. well, screw your religion and your God can kiss me where the sun don't shine

I have listened to KEZWLong long time. I am not happy with rock and roll all day. I would think. For some of us long time listeners you would maybe play some of those good old songs. You played before all this crusin Crap . We don't even hear a good glen Miller or big band song. And no body cruises any more
You've got great guys announcers etc Good people who work there
I turn it on to listen to Rick Crandalls breakfast club and Jim Todd some times I listen thru the morning but I can't listen all day to much is tooo much
I turn you on again at 4 for Jim Todd then when he's done at 6 your off
I lived the rock and roll era. Yes the music is good great but constant every day. Too much sorry can't handle that all day every day you've left a bunch of good listeners hijacked and disappointed and turning you off cause were turned off totally.

I am trying to stream a nfl game, broncos football on 850 koa radio. All that plays is ads.
There is no streaming sound, terrible. They play music, but dont air live sports. Get it together.
Have the engineers listen to the app that they produce, they will be dissapointed, for sure!

My niece wanted to listen to some songs yesterday. I pull up I heart radio for her. you can clearly see at the top where I typed in preschool. Horrible songs popped up. It is disgusting that young children are given the option of choosing these songs.

I was listening to the radio yesterday when an iheartradio advertisement came on. This girl was saying, "Some people believe in God, I believe in music. Some people pray, I turn up the radio." I find this very offensive because "You shall have no other gods before me." is one of the Ten Commandments. I just can't believe iheartradio would air something that could offend a huge group of people like this ad does. It should be removed from air play immediately.

I used to be able to click on my local radio station online and listen with no problem. Now with iHeart radio I need to download an app on my limited memory laptop and then receive all kinds of advertising and info I am not interested in. I just want ot go back to clicking on my local radio station and listening to it. I already has its own ads. Sometimes I am directed to other non-local stations or contests that want all kinds of personal info. Personally i think iHeart radio online sucks.

I hate iHeart radio. Why offer to let me listen to my local radio station but play commercials about alicia keys over and over and over. I want to her local weather, local traffic updates, hell even local commercials. I have no intentions of buying alicia keys album and if I was you put me off it with this canned interview you play over and over all day long. The whole point to being able to listen to my local station is to be able to due just that, listen to my local station; I could give a ### about alicia keys last album or next album. Stop pretending to put local stations on the air if all you are doing is pushing some artist’s agenda!
