Just like many other people I made the same mistake and bought their cream without paying attention to a small print that's barely seen.
You can blame people for being so inattentive, but there's also the company that does it on purpose. So I bought the cream and was charged again and the amount of money was huge. When I noticed it, I immediately called them. but they said that it's written in the conditions and I have nothing to blame them on.
Unfortunately, they are right and I will not be able to get my money back. Which only means that this is a shady company...
Had a great experience with them, I ordered trial and immediately call them to confirm the transaction they acknowledged the order and informed about the terms. They gave a trial extension and discounted price. Surprisingly, product were great, helped with my dandruff.
I tried many different brand name of eye cream which are way more expensive but this brand would be the best and luckily I was able to test their product with their trial promotion for 16 days and I was able to decide before that ends and they also give me a special deal for monthly orders.It feels amazing when you apply it under your eyes and Its great to wear under makeup too for I am a working mom.
I am very much satisfied on this product. My skin was so dry before and since then I used this argan oil it moisturized and gives myself more confidence now.

We really need to be aware of the policy before placing an order. Luckily my wife read the terms before placing the order. Now, she is currently enrolled in a monthly subscription with a discounted price since products were great.
