ID.me review: IDme Need help with a temporary suspended account

I tried to log in forgot password reset password account is temporary suspended I have put in several support tickets for them to help me no one has replied then days that turned into weeks so I can file my claim to Florida unemployment no one in the company seems to ever reply to unsuspend my account so I can file my claim I went to the better Business bureau site found ID me company email the CEO and still no reply to help fix my problem to file for unemployment in the state of Florida it is ridiculous that you cannot talk to anyone nor does anyone reply to the support tickets to unsuspend my account even the CEO doesn't reply to his emails that's sad personally I think the government should just shut the company down cuz they're unreliable don't have enough staff don't have enough of everything but they're filling their pockets for all kinds of cash to operate a failing business the state and federal government needs to just shut you down the company down and be done with it they shouldn't be allowed to verify anybody with state and federal government business
