ID.me review: I made a stupid mistake , the ID.Me is not the way I was signing into my Medicare.gov account.

I was signing into my Medicare.gov account and ID.Me is at the top of the list to sign in, and so I clicked the link and before I knew it, ID.Me was asking for my pictures of my drivers license to get me signed in. At that point I knew I had made a mistake and tried to back out. Now I can't sign into my Medicare account. I even called Medicare and they said this is a big problem happening to a lot of people and that I may not be able to go back using my Medicare.gov sign-in log-in and password.
I have asked the people at ID.Me to let me out of this situation so I can go back to using the Medicare.gov sign-in.
