ID.me review: I have an account, but you don't recognize me. WTF!

I created an account several years ago. I've been laid off and was directed to ID.me. What a joke. I try to sign in and am told an account by that name already exists. Yeah, I know, it's ME. Long/short (and it was damn long), I lost three hours of my life trying to fix YOUR problem. I was even connected to a human (yeah, right) twice and it made no difference.

What YOU need to do is pick up the phone and let ME walk YOU through the problem so YOU can fix it. To do less is unacceptable. I now have to file for my weekly befits over the phone because YOU won't fix the problem.

And you know what's gonna happen now? I do. Jack crap. I'm busy trying to fail my weekly claim on the PHONE and get a job at the moment, but you can bet your sweet bippy that I will be [censored]ing about you to each and every entity that accepts complaints and to whom you answer.
