Poor Customer Support: there's no effective way to reach a real person, and when you do, it makes no sense to have a help line, wait over an hour just to have a rude woman tell you she can't help you.

Not Senior-Friendly: The system can be hard to navigate for older users, often requiring help from someone more tech-savvy.

Verification Process: kept stating error once we clicked the link. 2 hours and we received no help, answers, or advise.

Recommendation: For Most people, You don't have a choice
