So i won £150 on the mystery bingo game to which £33 had gone into my real monies and £117 into my bonus funds, i sent the £30 to my bank and then instantly lost the £117 bonus funds. Upon phoning Iceland bingo to ask what had happened i was told i forfeited the bonus funds by sending my real monies to my bank account and was told i would have been notified in big red writing which was not the case i was certainly not alerted this would happen and have completed many withdrawals multiple times with no issues. I also won a £25 game last night and it said someone else won when i had all numbers called out. Something very strangeis going on with the site and the contact number they send you in there automatic response isn 't even a correct number not to mention the un-helpfulness/rudeness of the staff.

I became the member of Iceland Bingo and started to deposit money. One day I won about $60 and left this sum on my account. After that I was really busy and had no time to deposit and play. Two days ago, I returned to this website and my account was empty. It turned out that they took all my money, because I haven’t visited their website. The agent told me that it was written on their website in the section “fee”. They are greedy and horrible people, so stay away from them and post comments.
What a scam

I checked my account, but they sent me only £50. I contacted this company, and they only offered £25. I think they refused to pay whole sum, because they needed to cover jackpot games.
