I was referred to this school by my friend who was thriving in the real estate market and I am so happy I was. I started my class the second week of January and passed my licensing exam the second week of February. The class is set up to teach you both practice information as well as everything you will need to pass the licensing exam. Art was a great instructor with a plethora of knowledge about all aspects of the real estate business. You will not regret taking this class.

This school made my passion for Real estate even greater! Art is a top notch teacher, i didnt even feel like i was in ‘school' i felt like i was watching one of those great tv shows where you just cant wait for the next episode! Yet you can interact, ask questions, make comments, laugh and all of your emails or texts will be answered NOW! English is my second language so I took my exam 11 days after last class an PASSED! I highly recommend this school to anyone who wants to learn and pass that exam as fast as possible because you will be properly prepared! Maja

I attended "I Love Real Estate", you'll appreciate the instruction that Art provides along with the abbreviated ways to remember things you'll need to know on the test. You'll walk away with things like "4 old ladies doing 35 in a 60" to help you recall the sqft in an acre (43,560). Art will have you reciting "GAGA" in a hilarious voice to keep you energized and excited to learn. He also provides a tremendous amount of support both before and after classes. I Love Real Estate School are by far the best people you could ever meet. The instructor Art breaks everything down in a way anyone could understand. And when you have trouble understanding he takes his time to further explain, until you completely grasp the concept. He gives many tips and tricks on remembering vocabulary and it's meaning. Beth in the office, is always friendly there to help. The over all experience was beyond amazing. I'm not one to write reviews but they definitely deserve it! I passed my exam and I can honestly say it was all due to I Love Real Estate School.

“I Love Real Estate School" is simply the BEST! As someone totally new to the real estate industry, I was blessed to enroll in a real estate pre-licensure program taught by such an outstanding instructor, Art. Not only is he very knowledgeable, he is hilarious and did a really nice job keeping the content engaging and putting it in real-world contexts. Everything made sense! His passion for real estate is infectious, and I was always excited about what I would learn in class each time. I took my state exam this morning and PASSED the first time! If you're looking for a top-notch real estate school, this is definitely the one!

Art was one of the best teachers I've ever had. He made the class very interesting as well as very enjoyable. He didn't waste his time teaching you things you wouldn't need to know for the test. If you go to every class and follow along you will have no issues passing your exam. I was extremely nervous about passing the exam as I struggle with taking tests, but Art made the test a breeze. Spend the extra $50 at the end of the course on study materials and you will 100% be prepared for the test and have no excuses to not pass! I would take this class again just for fun if I could. I loved going to class every week and listening to Art tell his stories and make jokes. 10/10 recommend this class to anyone looking to get their RE license.

Stop your search...this is exactly where you need to attend class if you want to be a Realtor! This class was so much fun and I learned so much. The interactive portions of the class were extremely helpful to learn and understand the material presented in class. In addition to the in person class time, Art makes the lessons available so you can re-listen to the chapters that you may have missed or not understood the first time. Overall, this class was enjoyable, Art is engaging and funny, and an overall great instructor! This class taught us the course content needed for the exam and the application of how it would be used professionally. In person (Zoom) learning works best to keep me on track, be able to ask clarifying questions, and hear others thoughts and opinions. Let's not forget the fact that this class prepared me so well that I passed the State and National Exam on my FIRST try, plus we had so much fun along the way. The different schedule options makes it possible for you to attend during the day or evening, whatever fits your time schedule!

I HIGHLY recommend this great school if you are serious about getting into a real estate career and want to pass your exam. Art Smith kept our class engaged, interested through his story telling (and you will remember answers to questions during the state exam) and he made class fun. Being someone who has no patience to sit and listen in a classroom setting, I survived and confess I really looked forward to Art's classes. Art's teaching style made the time go by so quickly and the students awake. Prior to discovering and attending I Love Real School, I attended a different real estate school and had previously taken the state exam several times unsuccessfully. I almost gave up and felt discouraged My close circle of friends encouraged me to try again. Doing an online search, my husband and I found "I Love Real Estate School" and I decided to call the number. I didn't realize at the time that my initial phone call would change my life when an amazing woman by the name of Beth answered my call. I shared with Beth that I had previously taken the state exam numerous times and was unsuccessful. Beth's response was encouraging when she said "it's not you but how you were taught that didn't help you pass the exam". Beth also shared with me that "I Love Real Estate School" kicks it up a couple more notches compared to other schools by not only teaching you the required information needed, but in addition, how to TAKE and PASS the exam. Her comforting voice was motivating and gave me back the courage to sign up. Fast forward...one week after my final class, I successfully passed the National and State Exam on my FIRST attempt. It is a very confusing exam but " I Love Real Estate School " will teach you how to master it. I am grateful to both Art and Beth for believing in me. I had an interview one week after passing state exam with a great company (via Zoom during the Covid19 Pandemic) and offered employment to be Real Estate Broker a day later. Don't hesitate and sign up. Believe me it is worth every dollar you put in. As Art would say "Yesssss Gaga" (you'll understand once in his class ?
