We had a rat problem at home before going on a long vacation, but Humane Solutions Inc. helped us out with the help of our neighbors. They had to come back a few times to find and block the entry points into the house, but they did a great job. The service was top-notch, and the communication was friendly and on time. I would definitely recommend this company.

Humane Solutions came to our house to check out a roof rat problem. The inspection happened right away and Ryan was good at explaining what was going on and how they could fix it. We got the quote the same day as the inspection but with my husband off work and talk of my work hours being reduced we couldn't afford to bring them in. Emma from the office was great throughout the whole project by keeping the communication lines open and offering to do the job at a reduced rate as part of their *** campaign. Once the job was booked Ryan and Dave showed up at our house on time and were really friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They explained exactly what they were doing and how it would help eliminate our unwanted house guests. Dealing with everyone at Humane Solutions has been the best experience we've ever had with a contract company and we won't hesitate to call them to come back.
