I had a very disappointing experience with Hranls. I ordered two pairs of shoes in size 38, but received two pairs in size 40, which of course did not fit.
I contacted customer service requesting a refund for their mistake. Instead of resolving the issue properly, they initially offered me a 20% discount. I explained that a discount did not solve the problem because the shoes were the wrong size and unusable to me.
After several emails back and forth — with responses often taking 3–4 weeks each time — they finally agreed to provide a refund only if I returned the shoes at my own expense. The return postage would cost me around $50.
Recommendation: I am extremely unhappy with the lack of customer care and the poor handling of a mistake that was entirely theirs. Based on my experience, I would advise others to think carefully before ordering from this company.
