I notified Hotwire immediately about the discrepancy of my booking informaton and the actual details of the hotel policy, that was not included in my reservation information. The first agent was not willing to listen to my issue so I requested to speak to his manager. While speaking to the manager, she was very rude and said that she was not going to assist me. I asked to speak with her supervisor. She stated that she was not going to do that and that she was disconnecting the call. After all that, I am out my money and now have to sleep in the car with my kids. Will never use hotwire again. This appears to be an ongoing issue with this company and how they handle their customers. I am very disappointed in this company.
